Today, while dealing with a brandnew dishwasher that wasn't working, a husband who just found out that he has cancer for the second time, and a WiFi system that is so bad....that I couldn't hardly send over the documentation and photos needed by Kenmore per instruction so we could schedule a repairman...all together and again, I thank God for Brice W, who walked us through changing our internet system to AT&T, Brice was so patient with us, he is so knowledgeable, and explained everything so we could understand it. “Was visiting from out of town. My phone was hard core bugging out. I was helped by the manager Kylie and she gives Amazing top notch service! She was kind to everyone she helped and she let everyone know she was working alone and she had X people in front of me and it would be an XX amount of time wait. She saw me quicker than that but she also was so kind to all of us. Even to this one guy who was treating her like absolute garbage over something that wasn't even in her control. (He wanted a device they were out of and wanted her to jail break one of the demo phones.) Round about way of says she gives amazing service and I'll definitely go out of my way to get help from her in the future!”
