“December 12, 2025 I went into the AT&T store to get some things resolved. Those issues were resolved plus other things were resolved that I was not aware of that needed attention. Marcelo was the one that helped me. He was very kind professional and cared about his customer. My husband also went in with me just to be there to help see me through the issues with Marcelo fortunately My Husband also received additional help with some things and issues of his concern and the reason he received the help is because Marcelo asked him if he needed any thingwhen we first went in My Husband didn’t think he needed any help with anything but he ended up getting help from Marcelo. He is excellent and should be commended for his service. I give him a five for the review. Thank you.”

“Great customer service. Changed over service to a different phone and it went smoothly. Please don't try to sell internet and Direct TV when customers come in. If I was interested, I would discuss it with the employee. It is most likely a requirement of their job, yet annoying to some customers.”
