Andy was so awesome as soon as I walked in the door he made sure to take care of me... now I get to leave with my car on Tuesday and I couldn't be more happier. Thank you so much for being the best part of Mitsubishi

They were so awesome and made sure to get me in with the best deal. I would definitely suggest coming here Andrew Colon helped me and he did the best job at making sure I had the best vehicle for me.

All of the people that I worked with were great. The situation, not so much, but the service and the people, 5 stats all of the way.

Good Experience. Actually stopped to inquire about a couple of other used Ford F150 pick-up's that were on the front lots. When J.R. and his team found out what I was looking for and my budget, they presented to me the truck that the other salesmen had been personally driving around,
John and his credit team, found an acceptable interest rate and monthly payments that I can afford. I also got the extended warranty. Even though the Platinum is a 2010, I don't have to worry about any issues for at least the next five years. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, I plan to have my "new-truck-to-me" serviced here at Salt Lake Mitsubishi. Good individual/personal service, absolutely no pressure in the whole experience.

This was absolutely my worst buying experience I've had. If there was a negative star rating, Salt Lake Mitsubishi would have earned it. It took a month and a half to get my trade oin paid off. We called multiple times and left messages and no one would return our calls. I finally had to file a complaint with the Mved to get something done. My plates didn't get here until after my Temp tags were expired (and multiple calls). The salesman was pushy and over bearing and had no knowledge of what he was selling. The vehicle was advertised having 33K miles when it actually had 45K. Avoid this place, there are plenty of other places to buy a new vehicle from.

Awful experience working with this business, throughout the entire process. Right from the beginning I had pushy sales. I did purchase a car (which took forever, I just sat there and waited and had to ask multiple times how much longer). Later on with over a week before my temporary registration expired I called them to find out why I had not received my title and license plates. I left a message and nobody ever called back so I had to try again. They said it should be there any day now. I called 4 or 5 more times asking where are my plates and they just blamed the DMV, but I had called the DMV and they had no record of any paperwork coming to them. I know my paperwork sat on someones desk for over a month (temporary expires after 45 days). I had to drive illegally with no plates for a week and what gets me more frustrated is their doc fees are ridiculously high and had to call them over and over so they would file the documents. I also purchased an extended warranty and yet to have receive any documents regarding that. I'm sure I'll be making more phone calls in the near future trying to track down that paperwork. I completely regret purchasing a car from them and do not trust them at all. I'm in total shock that they have high ratings, I wouldn't be surprised if many of the reviews are friends that have never even purchased a car there. I would not recommend.
4 months Later - As I suspected, I just made my first of probably many attempts to get information regarding the extended warranty that I purchased. I have not received anything regarding my warranty that included oil changes, which I need one now. So I'm going to have to pay for the oil change even though I shouldn't be. I am sticking with my original review and would plead with anyone considering a purchase from this dealership to just run away!

I am Josh Corbridge's sister. I amazed when I spoke to him last night and learned all of the illegal, dishonest, tricks that were pulled on him by this dealership. You can read all of the dishonesty he's had to deal with in the last 8 months on his post, but I was astounded when I learned that they called him yesterday and demanded an additional $500 beyond the deal they had signed and closed on 8 MONTHS AGO. This is not the bank calling about problems with the loan. This is the dealership randomly calling and demanding money. They said they 'underestimated the worth of the car'...? Anyone that has purchased a car knows that the purchase price is whatever is negotiated and finally agreed to in contract, so there was no foundation for their phone call. If the corruption of this dealership isn't obvious from that alone, please feel free to read about all of the other underhanded tricks pulled on my brother - not to mention the other people posting their experiences with one star.

If you plan to buy a car, don't even walk in front of this dealer, because a nightmare could catch you. My co-worker Joshua Corbridge had the bad luck to buy a truck from this place, and for almost a year this dishonest company has made his life miserable, the truck was in poor condition, there was a sticker on the machine to cover a light that indicated a malfunction, they were never able to solve any situation and between mechanical problems that he had to solve with different mechanics, problems that they caused with the American First Bank, and all the turns that made him go to Salt Lake City in vain, Josh has lost more than 10,000 DLLS.. The manager JOHN, a real jerk without any scruples or professional ethics. I don't understand how this company can still be operating. Read the full story in the reviews, please alert your friends and family not to come near this place. I recommend that you send your worst enemy to have the worst experience of their life! There should be an option, instead of a star, a terrible X!

ZERO STARS! READ BEFORE GOING HERE! RUN RUN RUN!!! THIEVES!! DISHONEST!! CROOKS!! LIARS!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVERY HAD! they don't deserve even one star. I debated a lawsuit for months. I bought a GMC sierra but it was towards the end of the day and didn't have time to take it to a mechanic to check it out. I was only in town the for the day so I made a rash decision to just do it. It had problems before I even got home. I took it to 3 mechanics at different dealerships and they all said it was ILLEGAL to even sell the car and that I should make the dealership take it back. THEY PUT A STICKER OVER THE ENGINE LIGHT SO I COULDN'T SEE IT!! I LITERALLY called over 30 times trying to get it figured out and every time someone told me they would call me back, and NEVER once did anyone EVER call back, INCLUDING THE MANAGER JOHN who always said, ill call you tomorrow over and over! The last half of the nightmare I was dealing only with the manager (John) and he is just as bad at making empty promises. One time the salesman told me to come down the next morning and he would help me figure it out and THE NEXT DAY WAS HIS DAY OFF!! He wasn't even going to be there! 3 different times they told me to come down and it would get figured out, 3 times I used vacation days to make the trip. Two of those times they told me there was nothing they could do. The third time is when I was FINALLY (after I threatened to sue) told I could trade it in for another car and that my down payment would just transfer to the new car. LIES. After waiting months for a car to arrive from an auction they would trade me, every week telling me is would just be a few more days, the car arrived and John told me he couldn’t do it. So I ended up just trading for a car that had been there the whole time! They treated it like a normal trade in and I lost my 4 thousand dollar down payment. When I called john out on it and he just said I know but I can't to do it. I had no choice because any car that runs would be better than a 25,000 truck that doesn’t. I will do everything I can to make sure they lose business. When I took the car in to get it registered the lady saw all the hidden fees that built in and kept saying “I can’t believe they charged you for that”. It’s now been 4 Months later I am still having problems with them!! They never paid off my trade in and so for two months America first kept asking for payments on a truck I DIDNT EVEN OWN! After calling the manager twice they finally got it paid off. and now at this moment I am on the phone with America first because they say I still owe them 3 thousand dollars, because Salt Lake Mitsubishi never told them I sold the car, so America First put their own insurance on my car. It took me a month to get that worked out. Then they messed up on my new car loan and America First added insurance on my new car, which was now double insured. And it took another few weeks to get Salt Lake Mitsubishi to send the right information again. My whole purpose in life just became the end of salt lake mitsubishi. It has now Been 8 months later!! I get a call from this company saying that I STILL owe them 500 bucks, because they messed up on guessing how much the car was worth!! Not the banks.. the dealership! After a bunch of shady explanations they say they will send me to collections if I don't pay. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back. This company (and especially the manager JOHN) is nightmare. I hung up the phone and straightway call the district attorney's office, the BBB, State Attorney General, Utah Consumer Protection and anyone else who will listen.
