Will was my hero today. I managed to get my toner cartridge jammed into my printer so badly I seriously thought I was going to have to buy a new laser jet. It's amazing how easy someone who really knows what they're doing can make something look. He managed to remove the cartridge, showed me how to remove the drum, then reinserted the cartridge correctly and carried my printer out to my car, all at no charge. BTW, they have relocated to 3349 S. Main Street. If you need a printer or copier serviced, especially the big high-volume ones, Will is your man.

Just got off the phone with them. Extremely unprofessional, acted like I was bothering them to ask questions. The tech then told me I had a low end scanner. Don't bother them by calling.

If any time we have an issue they are great about coming out to look at our printers and get them fixed.

Had a hard time finding anyone who would look at an inkjet printer. Office Imaging Systems answered the call. Dropped off my printer at 9:30 am, picked it back up at 11:00 am. Wonderful service; great price.

Will was TERRIFIC to work with. I called yesterday and he was able to make it out to our office this afternoon. It took a while to get our network to connect to our new printer but he persevered and stayed until the job was done. Excellent service and a great experience. We will be going to Will at Office Imaging Systems for our printer and printer service needs from here on out.

Will was great to work with. I purchased a used copier for my office and needed it delivered, setup, cleaned, and assessed. He was quick to respond on short notice, and didn't oversell services or products. He printed out hundreds of system codes from the copier, and educated me on which ones were important, which areas would likely need service and when (so I can budget), and what was recently replace. I believe he provided an honest assessment of the copier and didn't take advantage by servicing more than was needed. He will be my go-to service person for our copiers and printers.
