Went there on 4/22/24 @ 4pm. Obviously Starbucks customer service is non existent. Girl at drive through had an RBF and did not come to work to make coffee. I left and went to beans and brew where the staff were friendly and smiling and respectful. I will never go back. Nor will I go there to pick up coffee for my coworkers. Dutch Bros would be a welcomed replacement.

I recently visited a Starbucks location and was met with a rather disheartening experience. Despite arriving shortly after the official closing time, I noticed there were still patrons inside. After a considerable wait at the drive-thru, the staff debated whether to assist me. When I requested a simple cup of water, my request was denied on the grounds that the systems were already shut down for the day. While I understand the importance of operational hours, the refusal to provide a cup of water, which required no transaction, left me feeling undervalued as a customer. A small gesture of hospitality can significantly impact customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, this opportunity was missed. I would not advise anyone to go to this particular location.

Never seen employees actively hate their customers as much as this Starbucks. Calling the service abysmal would be too much of a compliment. The employees will go out of their way to be rude and condescending. They act like having to do their job is a problem. Absolutely avoid at all costs

Just wanted to say the people at the drive-thru window were very nice ... (That matters, today) ... And my croissant was good, and my beverage [a cold brew] was made perfect! I was able to park, do some business on my tablet and enjoy. ?

First barista told me they didn't have the beverage I asked to order. Second person came on the drive thru intercom and said they did have it, so I went ahead and ordered it. Tried to order a food item. It was sold out. Got just the drink. Drove up to the window and saw there was a sale on holiday beans. Asked the barista if it included Thanksgiving Blend. She told me they didn't have any. Two more people came up towards the window and that's when she looked up and saw that they did have Thanksgiving Blend. She told me she didn't think it was on sale. Someone must have said something to her because then she reached up, got a bag, scanned it, and told me it was on sale. I bought it. Overall, visit took longer than it should have due to being told twice that they didn't have what they did indeed have. Might be helpful to train people to say "let me check that for you" instead of "no". Baffling experience. Not up to the Starbucks standard.Also helpful to mention I was the only customer in line so the person who said they didn't have what they had twice had time to check before saying no. Drive thru is a pretty tight space if you're not driving a compact vehicle. Opportunity for improvement here.

Sorry, I’m leaving this review cause I tired calling but couldn’t get ahold of anyone and I want the shift lead or manager to see. Before I begin I just want to say the staff is so nice! And it was a busy day so I’m not blaming anyone! Today when I went to get my favorite iced matcha latte drink I got basically milk. The liquid was the lightest green I’ve ever seen it been. And it tasted like milk flirted with matcha like a 15 year old Mormon boy would flirt with a girl. I would like some kind of refund for it. If I’m paying for a $6 drink and that drink most days keep me going, I would like it made to taste like the drink I ordered (no matter how busy they are). So can someone please respond so that I can either get it remade or refunded? I would’ve turned right around but like 90% of the people in the line I was late to work and couldn’t spare the turn around. I have a picture of the drink compared to the drink they advertise so that you can see I’m not exaggerating! Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Had to go to this one when my normal one wasn't available. One coffee was correct. The other had 0 syrup in it. Same mobile order I placed every day. Won't return to this location.

Worst Starbucks location in the valley! They're never open during operating hours. Twice in the past month I've tried to go through the drive through and the first time the two Hispanic guys just looked at me laughed instead of saying they're not open or whatever reason they have. The second time they two guys were just sitting in their cars surfing their phones. This was at 6am.
