I LOVE living at the Zeller! The office people are always so helpful and attentive. Ivana is the most helpful sweetheart there is. She’s so quick to attend to my needs and always communicative. I truly don’t know what my washer and dryer would do without her. ❤️

Lived here 4 months and the red flags are already stacking up. Trash shoot was out of commission the first 2 months despite the word of the office beforehand that it was operable.Bare minimum in terms of security. Have already had over 400$ worth of items stolen from my vehicle in the parking garage.Highly suspect billing practices. My Rocky Mountain power account failed to transfer over and yet for each month I continued to have electric fees posted to my Zeller account (which I paid) along with a vague 50$ “utility fee”. Gets listed as a general utility fee but it’s what they charge each time the electric bill gets forwarded to them. Upon moving I provided my RMP account number and wasn’t directed to update through RMP itself. Was heavily implied through the billing, and through continued automated payments from my RMP account through February and March, that the location update was successful. Zero effort was made during this time to notify me of the failed electric payments (which I still paid via my Zeller account) and no leniency given on the previous accumulated utility charges “per the lease”. They’ll just impose an undetectable fee on you indefinitely or until you point it out specifically.Look here with caution. They’ll screw you every chance they get.

Love the community and staff at the Zeller? Maintenance always stays on top of their game and the main office does a great job at communicating with residents((: plus it’s a pet friendly environment and the amenities make this place so worthwhile❤️

One of the best apartments I've lived in. Staff is great and understanding, everything was cleaning and working when we moved in. 10/10 would recommend this place.

My roommate and I toured this facility the other day and its wonderful! Fiorella was amazing, she answered every question with a smile and had the most positive and beautiful energy. They are quick to answer the phone and help in any way that you need, 10/10 experience!

I can’t say enough good things about Zeller and the management team, especially Fiorella!! They have done so much to accommodate me since I’ve moved in (June 2022) and I can’t be more grateful to them. If you’re considering moving here, DO IT! I highly recommend it.

The entire leasing office staff has been absolutely astonishingly helpful, specifically Fiorella. They were more than happy to help me change units and were so understanding after hearing what my situation was. I never felt like they didn't care as their assistance was well communicated, timely, and executed perfectly. They went above and beyond. Thank you so so much again for all that the 3 of you do.

The staff is friendly and kind, but they simply can’t keep up with the growing occupancy…I have 0 grievances with the staff, but rather, the building owners (Goldman Sachs/Greystar), who need to actually pay for enough staff members to support the needs of their residents. The following have transpired since I moved into the Zeller:- Entire building smells of trash because they can’t maintain their trash chutes- Lights, railings, flooring etc in common areas have been left damaged for months (especially the elevators and stairs)- The power has gone out 6 times in the past 4 months (an issue as I work from home)- Advised our tap water isn’t safe to drink- Tap water randomly runs brown/orange/red and has specks in it- 2 months without heat in winter of ‘22- 6 days without plumbing- Dog p*** throughout the halls- Garage door has been broken 4+ times- Non-residents sleeping in the halls and stairwells- Trash chutes have been broken for 2+ months- Extremely long waits for any maintenance work requested- Drugs being snorted by the pool- 2 weeks with no garbage disposal- Never notified of fire sprinklers going off in unit while I was traveling- Pool and hot tub are not maintained- Carpeting in hallways and states is peeling off and covered in pet feces- Little to no noise control, and residents blare sound systems until late at night- Mail goes missing constantly

We lived at the Zeller for three years starting in 2020 and ending in 2023. While the apartment complex started out nice when we first moved in, the quality began to deteriorate as time went on. By the time we left, the hallways were constantly a mess, the fitness centers had broken equipment, and the office management became more detached from the needs of the residents. Finally, admittedly not to any fault of the Zeller, the area around the Zeller did not feel safe for my partner, as smash and grabs and mentally-unwell people yelling/threatening people outside our windows in the middle of night were a semi-regular occurrence. All of this was tolerable if not for the rent hikes. We started renting a 1 bd apartment (~600 sq ft) in 2020 for $1,300, which ended up being ~$1,500 after amenities expenses. By the time we left in 2023, the renewal offer was for $1600 for 12 months, which combined with amenities expenses, would have costs us around $1800-1900/month for a one-bed room apartment, which was totally unacceptable and well above market price. When we raised this concern with the office, they responded with "bummer :(", which really put the nail in the coffin for us. We ended up finding a 2 bedroom in cottonwood for less than what we paid in 2022 and are much happier. If you are considering moving into the Zeller, please make sure you do your research on the expenses of the amenities and the community surrounding it. Chances are you can find something much better for less.

I recently came across these apartments and decided to go in for a tour. I was immediately welcomed by one of their staff members Fiorella. She was so sweet, professional, and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and she was very patient with me. She also provided me with a lot of helpful information because I’m not familiar with this area. I really enjoyed my experience touring the apartments and absolutely loved the property! I highly recommend!

Living here has been a great experience. The way management/maintenance would try their very best was very appreciative! Compared to my last stay, I would very much pick The-Zeller. They would always help me and my husband out with anything we needed. They were very responsive and cooperative with us. If you’re looking for a place to stay I would recommend them but we are off to our new house. Thank you for a great stay!

I love the staff at The Zeller apartment. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is good about fixing and completing work orders in a timely manner. The office staff always follows up to ensure there aren't any outstanding issues with the work that was done.

I love the staff here at the Zeller, I came and toured in June and I love how close it is to Sugar House and hop skip and jump away from everything without the downtown prices. Maintenance and office staff are professional and ready to help I can't wait to move in.

My apartment never got finished. The paint job is incomplete. The carpet wasn’t done right so it rips up. The edges around the bathroom floor never got sealed properly, I had to fix cabinets when I moved in…The specs on the furnace/air conditioner call for the filter to be changed once a month can’t even get one of those. The trash room is always a mess. The pool is never open. I was up till two in the morning helping security and police identify a person that I caught in the building around 11 PM which I don’t see why that’s necessary because there’s “cameras” all over the place. People keep getting their cars broken into in the garage where there’s “cameras” and no one seems to be very helpful about it. I’m glad I have a house but the amount of money I pay here for the services I don’t get is ridiculous. I get that part of the problem is the people that live here but why should me and my daughter have to suffer for that? I constantly clean up the trash room. I fix things around here, yet I’m still paying the same amount of money.
