Anyone looking to open a Zions Bank account: Please understand that this bank has an archaic way of doing business. Their online system is ok but also very simple. The service at the bank is lackadaisical and careless. If you want to close your bank account you must go to the original location that you opened the account. I have tried closing my accounts the way their phone operators directed and was ghosted by the branch manager. After the fourth attempt I decided to take my accounts to a minimum balance so that I could have my money back. Now they're charging me account fees which cause overdraft which causes their collections folks to send me letter. They don't answer their phones at this bank so I am now forced to drive in from out of state to close my account at this specific branch because their collections people are also attacking my credit score. As you can see, please be very aware of this simple bank and how much it can damage your credit score that you all work so hard to build.Update 5/23/2023: I think that the staffing and management issues are local to this branch and also Murray branch. I called a Zions Bank branch in St. George to see if I can close my accounts there and they were gracious, kind, and able to close my accounts when I visit there. Zions Bank has a lot of potential. They need to fix the issues at local branches ASAP.

Zions Bank. It's wierd to do a review about a bank. I mean it's a bank, right? You put your money in, you take it out. They keep it safe and pay you market rate, which is about.00001% these days. I mean every bank in the free world does this, right? So what makes this bank special? Well, big Larry feels he bees uniquely qualified to comment here as he spent much of his career in small community banks like Citigroup and I can tell you that Zions has their act together. First off, their management is accessible and doesn't hide behind admin assistants and marble floors with copper doors. You can get to the management if you need to as Larry has several times. And the local branch managers take care of Larry's dough like it was their own. And, Larryionites, that is massively unusual. So, do I love this bank? Nope, but I sure do like them. And they give back to the community. In significant ways. We would be far poorer, both financially and more importantly, communially if we did not have Zions as our local bank. Now, that said, their ATMs suck. They are obviously an afterthought and Larry bees insulted, considering he holds some of the original patents on cash dispensers and card readers. Plus, they need to balance their teller work hours a bit better, but for the most part they are a good, well managed bank. Larry, having matriculated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, feels he bees qualified to opine on this subject and he think you would be wise to trust your hard earned money to the Zions Bank's team competent hands.

This bank has not been helpful with my efforts to settle my parents estate. In fact they have made it impossible to close a checking account at their bank. Instead of closing the account they deposited $0.08 cents into the account and have been billing me $19.98 for months for service changes on an account I believed to be closed.

This branch is in serious need of an overhaul. I've been using this branch for years, but lately the management is unable to keep up with the growth in the community. Lines of more than three people clearly overwhelm them and they become hostile and vindictive. One manager in particular started there recently and she is especially guilty of this. If you need to bank with Zions visit a different branch, I know I am.

I love the tellers at this location. I’ve banked here weekly for 5 years and a different location for 10 years prior to that. The 24 year old Banker at this location gave me A stern lecture about remembering my ID and was very demeaning which makes me believe he is of a certain majority religion. He also looked very frumpy and wrinkled while acting like it was a big favor to help answer my question. Was headed in to open three more accounts one with a teenager who would have been a life client. No thanks Bye Felicia.

Open Monday through Friday. Drive through only, where they take forever. When we could go inside, 5 minutes or less to deposit a check and be on your way. Drive through takes 20 minutes or longer. Plus now you're closed on Saturdays. Dont know how you guys are anymore special than other banks that are open Saturdays. Time to possibly bank somewhere else

Super Slow! Took almost 30 minutes of waiting in line for 2 tellers to help 3 customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

The bank lobby isn't open due to the covid-19 pandemic.Drive through was busy with most lanes full. Only one lane had the ATM Machine which we had to wait for. Pretty uneventful due to using the ATM. No problems getting the amount I requested. I always count my money in front of the camera before leaving incase there is a discrepancy, so far there hasn't been. Except for the time I didn't grab my money in time, and the machine started to pull my money back. Luckily I was able to grab it, and pull really, really hard to keep it from being gobbled up. But this incident isn't because of Zions Bank.
