“My son's iPhone 16 died after about 15 months. There was nothing wrong with it, and it was in pristine condition, so that was frustrating, but I want to give credit to this particular T-Mobile store and the person I worked with. I think her name was Karina. We went to two other T-Mobile stores that were not very helpful. They gave us misinformation, and we're not that knowledgeable. Karina, on the other hand, explored all possible options and gave us several different ways to go about solving this particular problem. Ultimately, we decided to wait and use an older phone. She gave us a new SIM card to transfer the number to, to use it for now while we decide what to do in the future. I really appreciate her help.”
