“I always have a great experience zag. They are fast and professional, and offer a high-quality product. I drop my phone off enough that I need to replace screen protectors frequently. And I love that it’s just a small fee to replace the product.”

“Spanish Fork Cyn Creek location. My phone completely crashed. Had to get entirely new phone, etc... Daniel made it easy and was a pleasure to work with. It was not a good day walking into the Verizon store, but it was definitely a good one walking out.”

“I've been a customer for about 10 years now but was having issues upgrading my phone plan online. I was advised to go to my nearest store (which I have never done before) and I am glad I did. Maggie was extremely helpful and accommodating in getting my issue resolved. She went over the different plans, promotions and upgrades available for me without being pushy or selling me anything I didn't want. I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning to this location in the future for the excellent service as well as the wide selection of available merchandise store.”

“I had such a great experience here! I had been getting the runaround from Verizon about returning an item to resolve an issue, and the guy who helped me went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated the time, effort, and patience he put into helping me get everything resolved. It was such a relief to finally feel like someone genuinely cared about helping me. I will definitely be coming back to him for all of my Verizon needs!”

“My son's iPhone 16 died after about 15 months. There was nothing wrong with it, and it was in pristine condition, so that was frustrating, but I want to give credit to this particular T-Mobile store and the person I worked with. I think her name was Karina. We went to two other T-Mobile stores that were not very helpful. They gave us misinformation, and we're not that knowledgeable. Karina, on the other hand, explored all possible options and gave us several different ways to go about solving this particular problem. Ultimately, we decided to wait and use an older phone. She gave us a new SIM card to transfer the number to, to use it for now while we decide what to do in the future. I really appreciate her help.”
