Employees are helpful and polite, and the floors and dressing rooms are clean and orderly.
My visit to this particular ROSS was disappointing. The store was a mess and everything in my size had limited choices. Maybe it was because it was in between seasons of summer to Fall. I left and decided I would not stop here again.
