“Through my experience, the staff throughout the Hope Ave locations are so kind and so helpful.I had fallen in love with a dress and unfortunately the location closest to me did not have my size. So I started my hunt calling different stores, but I stopped with this one. The manager of this location kindly offered to call around to find the size that I was searching for. “I am so impressed with the Spanish Fork Downeast location. While I was there the associate took time to help me find the dress, even the right size when she thought something looked too big. And what I lived even more was how she helped me out with my 4 year old son. She let him do things with her and he was so happy for someone to pay that much attention to him. It really made both of our day. I really appreciated it! I will definitely go back. The clothes are super cute and the customer service can't be beat!”
