The gentleman who was on call on 1/17/26 was amazing. I’m ashamed to say I forgot his name but he took amazing care of us when our internet went down on a Friday night. I came the next morning and got it all fixed. Someone should pay him more. Whatever he is being paid, increase that number!

Our installer ran into issues installing fiber but set us up on a temp line. Great customer service. UPDATE: Had fiber for a number of years without any issues. If there is an occasional outage the city posts updates quickly that we check using our phone. Would recommend SFCN Fiber to everyone
