Went in to mail a package today (3/15/24) at about 11:30. I was very friendly walking up to the counter and greeted the woman helping me and stated what I was there for. The woman was absolutely vile the whole encounter. Demeaning and condescending for absolutely no reason other than I politely answered her question to her face instead of pushing the button on the pad that I didn't know was necessary until she rudely said 'Dont tell me, push the button on the pad.' Being flustered, I accidentally pushed the wrong button on the check out pad to which she said 'You just pushed the wrong button, let's start this again.' to which I politely appologized. She then condicendingly explained the whole process over again and we finished the transaction. She then asked if my son could have a sucker, and I refused. You don't get to be a horrid person to me then try and save face by offering a child candy. I'm genuinely sorry if she was just having an off day, but people should not take it out on total strangers, especially when they work in a customer service job that they chose.

I just have to say, Kim and Robert have seriously been so kind and patient with me every time I go in. In fact, I don’t think there’s a time I’ve gone to this post office and they haven’t made my life easier and better. I’m really glad they’re here, the old post office I used to go to I knew everyone would be in a horrible mood and this one is just the opposite!!!! Thank you all so much!

Went there Friday and Saturday. On Friday I was helped by Robert and he was very nice and helpful. I witnessed the clerk next to him being very rude and bad attitude to her customer and I felt bad that customer had to deal with her like that. Well I had to go back Saturday to send a few more items out and I had the very rude lady I saw the day before. Her name is Gaylene and she obviously did not want to be there or do her job in a nice customer service way. She was so rude and pissed off that personally I'd now rather drive over to Springville or Provo then to have to deal with her again!

Went to the post office today because my fiancé needed to send something out, we were helped by a lovely girl (I think he name was gretchen) but the lady working with her (short brown/blonde hair) extremely rude to the other customers and I find it distasteful having someone like her working there..Customers receiving attitude for asking questions and girls translation for their Spanish speaking mother getting chuckled at over an asking a question that could’ve been nicely answered. Do better usps.

I recently moved out into my own apartment and needed to get the keys for our mailbox, I go to the post office on a Thursday asking to get my keys done because we will have mail being delivered to us. They told me the next time they can get it re-keyed is the following Tuesday, great not that long. I go in at the time they tell me and they have a line to the 1 door they have open. I wait about 15-20 minutes for something that should’ve taken 2 all because with that long line there was only 1 person doing anything. I get my key, go back to my apartment mailbox and the key doesn’t work. I tried calling 3 times and no answer. So I take it back and have to wait another 10-15 minutes and they talk to me like I’m completely stupid. Like “are you sure it didn’t work” “are you sure your at the right box and box number” I confirm everything was right and then they proceed to help the next person before I was even done talking to them. This place needs serious work.

Some of the rudest people ever. The lady offered my daughter a sucker and put 2 containers on the counter. My daughter went to the one she was closest to and the lady snatched it from her. Like why put 2 up if it was that big of deal. I get it customer service is very hard and you deal with different people all day...but to snatch something out of a 7 year Olds hand is mind blowing especially after you offered

The Spanish Fork Post Office doors have been broken forever and won’t shut. It’s FREEZING inside there and miserable to be there. Now the exit door is completely broken and everyone has to go in and out the single entrance door. Can this location please get some needed attention.

I usually HATE going to any post office because it takes forever, but I just went to this one the other day and wanted to give a good review for Gaylene. She was working behind the counter and helped me with a package. It was just a normal drop off, but she was incredibly kind and helpful toward me and I appreciated her welcoming energy.

This is a classic case-in-point of government jobs where a few bad apples make the entire process a pain in the you know what. Why work there, if you hate it so much so as to tell my staff that you are unwilling to scan a couple boxes of packages? Why work there, if it's your personal goal to not serve the public, local businesses, supporting your local economy, by stating things like, "listen honey, none of us here will touch those packages, they will just sit there until they are shuffled around or moved onto another center, nobody is gonna scan them for days here."?"you do you honey, but they won't be touched here".I get govt jobs are not the best, but even just a personal choice to support local small businesses pushing hard to make the best of the economy and feed their families and other families in the process, by simply being willing to scan a few extra, what was it, 50 packages? On average, from my watching employees over the last decade, it takes less than 20 seconds per package on a bad day, which would equate out to what, 10 minutes?!This is a very poor reflection on the USPS postal system, and it's just a few bad attitudes that seems to bring the entire image down.We have purposefully avoided city post offices for these reasons, as on a perfect day one can get a scan sheet, but most orders don't work like that, and there are days we simply have to bring them into our local post office to get them scanned. Most people learn a little about us, our company, our efforts, and they treat us like local friends, understanding the one time we missed our trip to another city, needing them scanned the same day or within 24 hours at least, to get paid.We travel to contracted USPS offices with local stores, as they get a commission for the same, and they actually scan (required) every single one same day.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I will say that the one star is for our delivery driver Paige, she has been nothing short of fabulous and a delight to see in our neighborhood often. But as for the post master and handling delivery situations. It’s unfortunate that they have such unresponsive people. After calling many times and getting all sorts of answers from different people they said I needed to talk to the “post master” which after 8 calls I still never got to speak to. But she was never available or in. Along with never taking my info or calling me back about an issue we were having. They were not understanding whatsoever. Again solid 0 stars from me.
