We planned to stop here on our way out of town for a few Tshirts. Posted hours were open at 9am everyday but on this day, April, 4 2024, there was a piece of paper on the door saying they would open at 12pm. Very disappointed. Had we known we would have bought our items earlier.

Popped in here while exploring the little town of Springdale after a day of hiking. Nice and fairly priced items. The workers were pleasant. I bought a few souvenirs for my family since they had a pretty good deal on a hat and t-shirt combo.

A group of us rented water shoes here and they're so comfy compared to the shoes at Zion adventure. Customer service is superb as well. They were really helpful and it cost maybe 25 usd total to rent. Forget wearing your own water shoes, these are quality! It's really rocky at the narrows, so you want some comfy shoes with a thick support for the narrows. I'll never wear my own water shoes again but instead, borrow theirs. They also provide a walking stick with shoe rental. Part of the package. Returning was easy, just returned the following day. Usually in California, they have to check your info... you drivers license, etc but here... they said it's on an honor system and you hope that ppl return the shoes. I'm amazed by this lax policy since this would never work in California. Patrons in California would rob the business blind if they provided this similar service. Rent shoes here and not Zion adventure company. Shoes here are high quality and thick compared to the Zion adventure company. Better customer service here, too. Feel free to read my review on the other company (terrible service).

Great little store--my son found a really nice tee shirt, better than the more touristy places up the block. Very friendly sales person inside.

This place is just a little shop but has some things you may need. My main reason for writing this review is...my husband purchased a hat here back in June and lost it. When I called they were very helpful in finding the hat and mailing it to me. Great people
