Great place to stay in Zion. $10 a day for parking outside of peak season is a little steep. But excellent, spacious rooms and accommodations!

This is our second time here, the place is excellent, clean and has an incredible view, my son and grandson have also been to this place twice, the staff's attention is the best, totally recommended, thank you Michael and Kelly for your cordial attention….oscar and Mirta room 401

I’m a bit surprised of the number of 5-star reviews for this property. It was OK, but for the price I would expect more. The location is fine in Springdale and near a bus stop. The room was large but old and a bit tired. We had a first floor room and it was very dark unless you pulled the curtains open which also meant no privacy. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The pool area was nice. No breakfast on site ($8 breakfast voucher charged to your room to walk 1/4 mile to another restaurant). Very inconvenient if your purpose is to get into the park early. We purchased breakfast items at a nearby store instead and ate in our room . I would definitely consider other properties even if they are a little more $$. Not horrible but a little disappointing for the price.

Hard to beat the views and proximity to the park. Hot tub is also super nice after a long day of hiking

So many great things to say about this place. The location was awesome and convenient to literally everything and the view was incredible! Keith who works up at the front was OUTSTANDING. He answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. I wouldn't be leaving this review if it weren't for how he went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much, Keith! 10/10 recommend! :)

Perfect place on quieter end of Springdale but still close enough to Zion park. Had a room with lovely patio, view of red rocks, fridge, microwave and plenty of space. Great pool, hot tub and laundry machines. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Would totally stay here again!

This is a great choice when visiting Zion NP. The shuttle stops right in front or it is an easy drive to the park early in the morning when there is still parking at the visitors center. The room was large, comfortable, and clean, and came with a microwave and fridge. The hot tub felt great after a day of hiking , and the chairs down by the river made for a nice place to enjoy the scenery, as did the porch with chairs. I highly recommend!

Great place! We had a group of 5 and booked their family room, which was perfect for our group size and a great price compared to others. Hotel rooms are simple and minimalist, but had all the amenities you will need. Laundry on site (paid). Great view of Zion from your terrace. Hot tub was great to relax in after a day of hiking.
Must must try the hotel restaurant, fresh quality food and phenomenal desserts!
Location is as good as any in Springdale, just a few minutes drive from entrance of the park with lots of food and retail options in between.

Amazing location with quick access to Zion and incredible views from our room. The room was well priced, very spacious, and clean. There were great amenities, though we did not get to try the restaurant since we were there in the off season. This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations.

We've got a huge room and it was nice to have a lot of space to pack our backpacks. The room was very clean. The stuff was welcome and friendly. We came to Zion in the morning and parked our car at the lodge and took a free shuttle to the park. The parking in Zion is full by 7:30am. I wish I stay there longer. Oh and breakfast at Oscars was nice!

I really enjoyed my time! The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The view from the balcony was out of this world. It is also located right by the bus stop that takes you to Zion! Definitely will be back!
