We had a wonderful stay at LaFave in the Sundial, and then in The Sentinel, which was available when we requested to extend our stay. Both suites were very clean, comfortable and modern. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen well-equipped. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The property is contactless, but Jamie was very prompt to respond when we texted with questions, and she even arranged for our things to be transferred to our second suite while we were out exploring. The location is perfect as a base for seeing Zion as well as Bryce Canyon and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. We felt we received very good value for the premium price. We highly recommend LaFave.

The Lafave is beautiful! I was traveling with family including my 2 year old. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was plenty of space and laid out so perfectly! The suite was very clean upon arrival. The grounds are also so beautiful and very clean. The suite had everything we could have needed! Laundry is a game changer while traveling with a toddler. Beds were so comfortable and we plan to order the same bath towels when we get home - SO SOFT!! The heated pool was amazing especially with kids. Lastly location, directly across the street from the Zion shuttle stop, made everything seamless getting into the park. We had the pleasure of meeting Ryan who is referenced many times in the LaFave travel recommendations, he was so friendly and helpful, we hope to be back again and if so will certainly stay here again. Highly recommend!

LaFave was by far the best place we stayed during a recent 2 week road trip to see Utah's national parks. Cleanliness is very important to me and the place was spotless! The only negative thing about our stay in the Big Springs unit was that we could smell sewer gases sometimes when we were on the balcony or walking up to our unit. This is new construction and hopefully an issue that they can get fixed soon. Overall, we loved this place!

We stayed at LaFave for a weekend at Zion. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The condo was spotless and very tastefully furnished. Very high end finishes from the flooring to the lights and the bathroom. A hot shower in the luxe shower unit was the cherry on top after hiking on a cold, rainy day.The location is unbeatable. Less than a mile from the Zion entrance and walkable to good restaurants. Awesome customer service too! If you want a comfortable and luxurious place to stay while exploring Zion, this is the one.

LaFave is a wonderful place to stay when going to the Zion area. I would have given a 4.5 start if 1/2 stars possible. We stayed in "The Narrows". The only real issue I had in the residence was with the the primary bedroom storage. The room is on the tight side, and what I assume was the closet was inaccessible. There was no door handle on it. This made it difficult as there was no place to store luggage and/or clothing except the floor. This was extremely inconvenient. One other minor inconvenience was the pool was supposedly heated, but was never open. This caused the hot tub to be the pool for families with children, so it was not relaxing for adults when families were there.Otherwise, the staff was wonderful and the facility was clean. I will look to stay there again if in the vicinity.

We stayed in the Bridge Mountain at the Lafave Resort. This is a 5 star resort and was perfect for our family! The accommodations are modern, beautiful and very well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty if extra towels and blankets. Lafave covers all the little details and extras from coffee to a very thoughtful and generous welcome basket with recommendations for local restaurants and adventures. Check in and out are very easy and Lafave is quickly responsive to any needs or requests. This is THE place to stay when visiting the Zion area!

Warning. This is not a LUXURY property as advertised. One bathroom to share for two rooms. One room has no closet. Neither rooms have a dresser to put your clothes. Although very clean, they chose very cheap materials to build these apartments which makes them very noisy especially above your room. 4:00 o’clock check in instead of 3:00. No front desk. It’s an ok place to stay but not at almost $800 a night.

My husband, adult son and I spent four wonderful nights in “The Narrows” unit (3 bedroom 3 bath) at LaFave as a base for exploring Zion. We echo the sentiments of others. It was truly wonderful. From a gift basket upon arrival, to fully stocked kitchen, to comfy beds and such close proximity to the park, we could not have asked for more. At the end of a long day of hiking, the pool and hot tub (most times we were the only ones there!) were such a welcome activity. Springdale is a cute little town with good restaurants, coffee shops and of course souvenir shops, fun for strolling. We didn’t make use of the town shuttle, but it stops right here as well and provides transportation to both Springdale and the Zion Visitor Center (where you catch the Zion shuttle for stops throughout the park). The one small item to mention is that we could hear our neighbors’ movements directly above us, so we cranked our white noise to quiet the bass sound of footsteps for bedtime. Not a big deal but just in case you are a very light sleeper (in which case look for an upper floor unit)…. Highly recommend LaFave and would absolutely return if we go back to Zion!

Great place to stay and rest in the pool/hot tub after hiking. Town bus just steps out the door to Zion. Great experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE IN MAY 2023 - POOL AND SPA ARE BROKEN. My parents splurged on a stay here for my husband and I to come meet them and explore Zion. Since we live in a cold part of the country, one of the biggest selling points was the pool and hot tub, where we imagined lots of soaking after a hike and looking up at the stars. Less than a week before our stay, we received a notification from LaFave that the pool and spa were broken from the storm and would be closed for at least another 3 weeks. The pool had been closed for a month before our arrival and if we had known in a timely fashion, we would have booked elsewhere, but with so little notice we were stuck there. After we asked, they offered a miniscule discount and we tried to make the best of it.The beds were too squishy and uncomfortable, and the outdoor lights outside the smaller bedroom were so bright that even with the blinds drawn it was not dark at all and we could not sleep. The indoor lighting overall was very harsh with just bright overheads, no reading lamps in the bedroom, and no storage at all for your stuff other than some hanging space in the closet. There were awkward decorative tables next to the bed but not a single drawer in the bedroom so we basically had to live out of our suitcases. My parents found a dental floss pick from the previous occupant in their shower drain, which made us wonder how closely the place had actually been cleaned. During our stay we also had to deal with construction noise from the pool and waking up early to barking dogs belonging to the construction workers. For a place that bills itself as a "luxury rental" and charges accordingly, it is absolutely not worth the price. I don't normally post negative reviews but we would have had a much more peaceful and enjoyable experience elsewhere.

My boyfriend booked LaFave for a one night getaway to celebrate his birthday. When he sent me the link as to where we were staying I immediately called LaFave to see if they’d be able to help me surprise him by pre-decorating the room before our arrival. Jamie was perfectly willing to help me out. I shipped her decorations and paid her for the rest she provided. We received a curtesy text that our suite was available early so we headed on over. When we walked into the TEMPLE OF SINAWAVA SUITE (least expensive option) the decorations were placed perfectly right at the entrance! He was sooo surprised! As for the suite itself, I’m in interior design and the suite hit all the high marks for sure! To give you an idea, it’s really a one bedroom apartment. The design is so hip, comfortable and classy. The choice of materials were nicely chosen and accented each other quite well. The details were well thought of…From the grill on the patio, the welcome goodie basket, to the games in the basket under the big screen tv, to the detergent and tin foil for our use…it was all so nice. We had everything we needed! The shower even had full large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Although the town was because most of the restaurants were closed for the season, we made the best of our time. We will definitely share this wonderful experience that we had with everyone we know.

Stayed there for four nights in October 2022 and we couldn't have been happier. The accommodations were excellent (we had a game room in the basement, with a foosball table! Enjoyed by all of us) and welcoming. Luxuriously appointed kitchen and baths, modern and confortable decor. Very close to the shuttle that gets you to the Zion Natl. Park entrance, so you park your car and forget about it for the duration of your stay. Springdale is a very walkable town and It's easy to reach pretty much anything from the villas. Contactless check-in and easy check-out too. Highly recommended!

All the amenities shown in the photos and the comments by other guests are accurate. The location is wonderful and the amenities are fantastic. The question is do you want to spend $800 per night for a two bedroom condo that does not have a closet in the second bedroom and does not have a dresser or drawers of any kind in either of the bedrooms. The staff were very accommodating. When we mentioned this inadequacy, they provided a rolling device to hang clothes. However, the second bedroom was not large enough to accommodate the "closet." We had to put it in the recreation room in the lower floor. This was a major inconvenience for our friends who were staying in the second bedroom.
