For a 2 star motel, this is. Clean place and was surprisingly nice. My wife and I appreciated the breakfast coupons. Porter's was worth it. The hot tub is a bit small and medial. The no light and steep steps are a bit of a safety hazard. Easily fixed with a flashlight.
Overall, we were impressed.

An adorable space, so much character, clean, and cozy! Within walking distance to restaurants, e-bike and wader rental, and shuttle stops. We really enjoyed our stay here during our time in Zion!

Such a cute place with awesome view. Property well maintained and rooms super cute and clean very friendly there. Will be back and would definitely recommend.
