Everything was so perfect here, I wish we could have stayed longer. Our stay at Red Rock Inn was fantastic! The woman who greeted us was incredibly kind and welcoming. It felt like we had our own little house in Springdale. The jacuzzi with views of Zion Canyon was surreal, like a dream. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was safe, and the area itself felt very secure. We also loved the breakfast spot where we got free vouchers. Great selection and super tasty. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a more personal, cozy experience close to nature, rather than staying in a big hotel complex. The Zion shuttle stop was also close by, making it super convenient for exploring the park. Everything was perfect, not a single complaint!

We weren’t sure about the hiking trails, so we asked Sharon, and she took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly.
Thank you so much Sharon again !
The accommodation was very cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The highlight of this place is definitely the outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing view of Zion Canyon in the background. I highly recommend this place as a stay in Springdale!

Can't say enough good things about Sharon - the manager - or the cottages themselves. Rooms are well appointed, very clean, and super comfortable. The location right in the heart of town is phenomenal. Shared space that is shaded is also welcome. Beyond that, we messed up our reservation and Sharon went above and beyond to accommodate us. She offered us bottled water as soon as we entered the office, provided recommendations throughout our stay, graciously offered use of the laundry machines, and was generally a dream. We're already talking about returning in a year or two with the extended family. Wonderful place!
Walkability: The 5 bus stop in Springdale is within a two minute walk, but the town itself is so walkable we only rode the shuttle once over 5 days. The walk to the river park is about 15 minutes and the park entrance is about 25-30 minutes away by foot.
Food and drinks: Breakfast is included at Oscars which is just 100 ft away. Fantastic coffee right next to that.

Stayed in the Gifford suite for a night while we were on our way to Moab. I wish we would’ve stayed much longer. The bed was amazing and the space in the suite was great. The views from the private patio while eating ice cream were a great way to end a night. Sharon the hostess was knowledgeable and recommended not only things in Zion but also a better drive than we had planned. We will definitely be back.

Red Rock Inn provides everything you need and everything you could want. Sharon (the manager) and Sammy (the dog) are kind and would do anything to make your stay perfect. This was our first time in Zion, and Sharon helped create the most of our two days. Her knowledge of the park was priceless. We stayed in the Angel's Landing Cabin and absolutely loved it. It was clean and spacious. Our reservation included an excellent breakfast at Oscars (a 2-minute walk). The supermarket across the street was fantastic for grabbing lunches on the go (another recommendation from Sharon). We decided to experience the park using e-bikes and loved it. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the treatment of a 5-star hotel with the comfort of home. The views from our balcony and the hot tub were terrific. Thank you, Sharon for going above our expectations!

Great find! Tiny house with a bedroom and a bathroom, clean and nice, cosy. The location was great and the hot tub in the backyard with beautiful views was an added bonus. Much better accommodation than some hotels in Springdale.

Great place and very affordable. We took a room with two double beds. We also had access to the kitchen which was well equipped for cooking, making coffee etc. There are also some tables outside to eat. Everything is clean, and it is a quiet place. The price is unbeatable and so is the location. Very close to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. I would repeat without a doubt

My wife and I have drive through Zion several times, and we've always wanted to take some time and actually stay there--especially in winter (we love the cold and the snow!). So we decided to spend a few days there between Christmas and New Years 2023. after some research we chose the Red Rock Inn--and it was one of the best travel decisions we ever made!! The Inn is actually a small group of "cottages" nestled back off of the main road through Springdale. We got one of the cottages in the back (Emerald Pools) and just loved it! Here's what made our stay there so memorable and comfortable!1) Sharon is such a WONDERFUL HOST!! Friendly very responsive and although these cottages are separate from the main building, it actually fells like she is welcoming you to her home!2) The cottages are connected in pairs, but even though there is a shared bathroom wall, the attached cottaged are built on slightly different elevations (about 4' difference in elevation) so there is NO DIRECT NOISE BETWEEN THEM!! THIS IS QUIETEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!3) The inn is strategically placed in the southern half of town--one and a half blocks from one of the city's southbound tram stops and one block from one of the tram's northbound stops. (If you aren't familiar, Springdale has a free city tram system that covers the length of the town. The last stop on the northbound line is the entrance to the park itself--where you can catch the Park bus that takes you up to the canyon. Once you're in the town, you never have to use your car to get anywhere!! In the winter when we were there, the tram came by about 15-20 minutes.)4) The inn is extremely well-situated for walking to whatever you need. We were a block away from a wonderful restaurant--Oscar's--where we ate each morning and had a wonderful dinner as well. But there are at least 5-6 more restaurants within about 3-4 blocks. There is also a wonderful (and rather full-sized) grocery literally across the street. Of course many local art shops are within walking distance as well.5) Our room, Emerald Pools, was EXACTLY how it looks in the pictures. It was wonderfully decorated, very clean, and with high ceilings that made it feel large and inviting.6) But the highlight of the trip was spending the late afternoons sitting by the hot tub--located at the top of a short trail behind the cottages. We were lucky enough to find this spot the first day we were there, and we made sure that at the end of each day, we ended up there to watch the setting sun flame against the rock towers of Zion across the valley from the inn. Zion has always taken our breath away, but at the end of the afternoon, it is more than magical (we added a couple of the MANY pictures we took just from that space behind our cottage). We cannot express enough both our gratitude to Sharon and our joy at spending this time in Springdale. We will be returning as often as we can!!

Highly recommend and cannot wait to come again. The Temple of Sinawava room is spacious with a huge bathroom. The room is clean and quiet. The bathroom includes a big countertop and even a Jacuzzi tub. The complimentary breakfast from the local cafe is a great way to start the day. The innkeeper Sharon is very passionate about the area and shares great tips when visiting the park. Great attention and care are put into the inn!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very intimate setting. Centrally located. Looking forward to coming again. Just a little small compared to the big boy services.

I was seeking a quiet and beautiful place to settle for the night around Zion. I am impressed with the location and views this property has.The room is very clean and modern. Big bathroom with a shower / tub combination.Great local bars to venture within walking distance making for fun evening nights. There is a hot tub on the mountainside that has phenomenal views, I'll be giving it a soak tonight after a night around the town.Customer service was smooth. Very kind hearted person on the reservation line. I can tell they care about their customers. I'll be back for sure!

Great B&B at the base of Zion National Park. Very "folksy" setting with a nice breakfast at a nearby restaurant. I'd go back if I ever wanted to see Zion again.

Staying here was great. We went to Zion for a wedding and the location close to the park was nice to escape in between the wedding activities. Sharon received us with great information and costumed recommendations on how to best take advantage of our time. Also the breakfast at Oscar’s Cafe that came included with a lodge was very nice. Great place all around with great views and nice and comfortable rooms. Greatest find !Rooms: The beds were comfortable. Heating system available for the cold nights, and A.C. , but we didn’t use that. There was access to easily charge your phone plug pods. And the bathroom was clean. Spacious for the suitcases and enough hangers to put things away. Mini fridge is a plus. Clean bathrooms. Loved the decorations too. It really was a great stay.Nearby activities: Zion National park. What else could you ask for?Safety: Quiet, safe, and relaxing.Walkability: Close to Zion National Park, and in front of a grocery store and other gift shopsFood & drinks: Restaurant vouchers for breakfast were great. Plenty of coffee pods in the room, and mini fridge available too.Noteworthy details: Great host. A lot of attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
