Tried to park here in the morning before they opened. Their kiosk was broken and it directed us to a separate kiosk across the street which we headed to and payed for parking on. There was no indication that this kiosk was part of a separate entity and it looked exactly the same. When we came back to our car there was a note saying we would be fined 250$ if we did not enter the gift shop and pay for parking. We thought it was a mistake so we headed inside and asked and they said the kiosk across the street was “part of the government” so we would have to pay again. We asked for a manager and she repeated the same thing. She said it was our choice that we paid and we had the choice to not pay the parking again. When asked if we could get a refund since we could chose to pay the fine, she said “Sure but you MIGHT get fined” we paid the 25$ to avoid problems and left. Manager gave us sooooo much attitude the whole time and threatened us. Terrible service never coming here again do not fund these people!

The cashier seemed flustered - couldn’t open the liquor cabinet with her keys for the guy in front of us so he didn’t get what he wanted. Then when she was ringing me up, I had a 50% off clearance shirt, asked if it rang up that way and she said it did. Realized later that night that it didn’t and couldn’t go back the next day to get a refund because they were closed and it was our last day there.

Shameful customer service!!. They sold me a bottle of red wine that was RANCID. We immediately returned it with our dated receipt to exchange it and the staff insinuated that we didn’t store the wine properly. They went on to say “no exchanges.” They have free rein to sell bad products and won’t take responsibility for it!!! DO NOT buy their wine. They are the only store in town that sells it, so if you are a wine drinker please make other arrangements. Extremely poor business practice.

Very nice gift shop, but very expensive! Purchased 3 Zion shirts for $85. Needed to return one and was unable to since they do NOT take returns. It never said this anywhere on my receipt. They had a huge sign next to register about no returning of alcohol, but missed their small sign about returns of gift merchandise. The receipt does not say no returns on the front or back of it and the lady at the register did not point this out to me.

Switchback Trading Company was next door to my hotel and made a great stop for small items like light toiletries, snacks, and a few souvenir stickers. They also carry quite the nice selection of beer, wine, and liquor, which, from my understanding, is the only place in town you can get that. Though I didn't go for any of that personally as I was traveling on my own and not quite in the mood. But it's there if you want it! I will say the staff person the first day I went was not exactly pleasant and it almost kept me from returning, but since it was convenient I stopped in again and had a much better experience.

Good place for wine selection at very reasonable prices. They also have liquor for reasonable prices. Only reason for not 5 stars is a strong odor when we went. We weren't sure if it was new a candle fragrance or what it was, but if so it nailed the "airplane lavatory" smell. Otherwise would definitely come here to grab drinks for later

Cool little shop. Was surprised on their selection of craft beers. Sarah R. gave us the locals only run down on where to go and what to do we felt we got some speak easy info. Pretty awesome.

Only liquor store in town! Guess you can't beat that. The wine isn't chilled so don't ask where it is. Selection is sparse.

Beautiful restaurant, nice view, nice staff and good menu. We had the halibut and steak and shared an appetizer (burrata - it is homemade and was delicious). We wanted to go back but on Mondays the restaurant is closed.

Switchback grille has a very pleasant design & decor, parking maybe limited. Booking to this very swish & smart bar and restaurant is a must. Great menu with excellent presentation, taste & quality. I had the local trout & my wife the salmon, both amazing.Excellent selection of beverages. Enjoyed this restaurant.

I was doubtful whether this restaurant would be as good as a steakhouse in a large city. Doubtful if it was worth the money. We actually had an excellent meal. The bartender Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The shrimp cocktail had 6 large, tasty shrimp with a delicious dipping sauce. The meatloaf was great. The salmon was a huge portion and cooked perfectly. The dining room had a sophisticated yet casual ambiance. Recommend!

This is a great little gift shop that also sells wine!! It's hard to find wine and liquor because in Utah, grocers can't sell those things. So you have to find a liquor store, which are few and far between. Came across this little gem that sold a great variety of wine and liquor. HOORAH!!!They also have a great selection of clothes and hats and other souvenirs. Prices are pretty decent. They have postcards but not many of Zion. Most were from other vacation spots in Utah...maybe they were about to restock, so not a huge deal. But definitely need to get more Zion ones.

walked the extra distance from our hotel because we wanted a good steak. was not busy at 6:oo pm and looked nice. we ordered the petite filet, and salmon entrée. and everything ,salad, potato was à la carte. a couple of craft beers. service was slow considering the place was empty. the salmon was good, the filet was average, same as texas road house but twice the price. menu said 20% added for party of 5 or more, so was surprised they added it for us TWO, yes, we ordered two more beers, then the check came . $191.00 for the two of us.. my advice, not worth the money. would have had a better meal at texas roadhouse for about $80.00 paul
