Great location to stay to explore Zion National Park.Downside is that the sites are very close to each other. Restrooms were clean and there is a washing station at each restroom facility. Showers are at the town centre at the outfitters store(Didn’t use) but walkable distance to campsite.

Very nice campground. The bathroom were ok, not very clean, by the 3rd day the woman's handicap stall was the only one with toilet paper, by the 4th day, the day we left there was no toilet paper. Good thing we always travel with a couple of rolls.

We stayed at Watchman for 3 nights and were lucky we were able to get a site. It is awesome to have electricity and restrooms. Very clean and the rangers are awesome. It is so easy to stay in the park and catch the shuttle to the hikes throughout the park. We stayed in March and before Spring Break so it was easy to ride the shuttles and the hikes were not that crowded. Awesome place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Zion. We have two dogs and they are allowed in the campground and on a great trail.

We arrived in the darkness so had no idea what surrounded us until we woke up. Spectacular views all round, the campground was in a nice tidy state and the toilet blocks were quite clean.Plenty of room in the campsite for kids to play as well, also had a good build in fireplace you could cook over.

Does the job but isn't going to win any awards. Great access to the park and to nearby amenities and trailheads and nice views. Clean bathrooms.Cramped sites with no privacy between neighbors. No showers is a big drawback and requires you to cough up $4 for at a private place.

Nice campsite! Although Zion National Park is very touristy and crowded, the campsite is quiet and relaxing. The pitches are very spacious and equipped with a table with benches and a barbecue. Wood can be purchased at the visitor center or in nearby Springdale. There is also a paid shower service at the visitor center. The campsite is inhabited by many squirrels and deer! Beautiful experience being among animals!Restrooms: Clean and well kept. Hand soap and toilet paper always available. There are no showers but the paid service is available at a shop in the visitor center

Wanted to take my dog away from the new year's fireworks and rhisbiabrhe place to do it. Utah drive was 7 hours from Los Angeles and about 3 and a half from Las Vegas. Once there, the campgrounds underneath the beautiful red capped mountains was a dream. Waterfalls, canyons and tunnels were worth staying longer than expected. The campgrounds are close to town and locals welcome you. They have hookups and I highly recommend one if you're visiting off season or just want electricity. My portable heater saved the nights. There are no showers at the campground but public showers are located close to the campgrounds. Bathrooms are clean. Very dog-friendly and have accessible trails for everyone. You'll enjoy it as I did and have booked dates in 2024.

The best campsite within the national park. It was great to drive the RV inside Zian Canyon and take a walk to the Narrows.Since it is winter season, there are no shuttles, so you can go to the very end by private car.The camping ground is very quiet and you can enjoy the day with the surrounding scenery. The facility only has electricity hook up. There is no running water, but there are public sewer facilities. There is no WIFI. MOBILE works well.

Visiting Utah Zion National Park. Watchman Campground camping in January was worth it! No crowds. Weather was light showers, but we enjoyed our adventure.

For reference, we stayed in spot B44 during mid January. It's an excellent RV pull through site with 30amp electric service and the Virgin River going by just 20 feet away. I'm actually writing this while we're still here, we leave tomorrow, checkout time is 11am. It's a nice campground and there's a good chance you'll see some wildlife. We woke up this morning to 5 deer grazing on some grass right across the river and then later we hiked the Watchman Trail, which took us 2 hours roundtrip, and saw 7 Bighorn Sheep. The campground has clean restrooms and there are dumpsters for trash within a short walk of most sites. Our site is directly across from a restroom and dumpster. And no, there is no odor from either. They're far enough away and well maintained. The visitor center is a short walk from our site, I would guess around 1/4 mile or so. They have tons of souvenirs and an information desk. There are also several popular hikes that start within the campground, get a park map when you first enter Zion Park. It will show where the hikes are located and what difficulty level they are.I highly recommend staying here.

The campsites are very nicely spaced apart. A loop has all paved RV pads. B Loop has gravel RV pads, but are still very nice. Electricity and amenities are clean, well maintained and adequate. The views are amazingly beautiful. Every site is nearly level. The park Rangers are so friendly. If you visit here, take a two hour trip, head to the end of the scenic road to the narrows. Park in the parking lot and there’s a nice concrete path that is about a 30 minute walk to the narrows trailhead. It is absolutely spectacular and a nice easy little walk. We stopped here on a road trip from California to Wisconsin. However, I will definitely plan to come back here for a two week stay in Zion alone. Most notably in my opinion, top five of the most beautiful places I’ve been to in the world!!!
