“A fine store if helping yourself. When I asked for an air filter, they looked it up, verbally told me the part number and pointed to the general area of the store to go look for it.
I went across the street to O'Reilly where they cheerfully got the filter for me without me asking them to. That's normal.
Parts stores deliver parts to mechanic shops all day long, and it seems odd to not be willing to offer the same level of service to someone standing there.
I would say based on this experience, O'Reilly will be my first choice and AutoZone as the alternative option.”

“This is a wonderful place, they will help with anything. I had a battery that I thought was bad, so they tested it, and charged it for me. Found out it was a good battery but wouldn't take a charge. So they replaced the battery for free(under warranty) and my car starts up like a beauty! Great service and parts.”
