“Was everything it said it was and was high quality for the price cannot beat this kit and you will not be sorry that you bought it currently installing it rn can give update once drive able to see how it handles but other then that it’s direct replacement and the lower ball joints come pre pressed in only thing needing pressed so far is the upper control arm bushing! “I went in four a faulty knock sensor. If this happens to the truck it will progressively go through the steps to protectively shut it self off. At first I thought I had a bad DPF filter because all the symptoms were there on the dashboard (with the dpf lights)and it would not regen (parked or highway). The diagnostic that was done at rush by Andrew and co. was indeed this faulty sensor.I hung out in the lounge for a little bit across the way, and let those guys go to work. I highly recommend them. They are straightforward and honest and and I would go here again. I know my company appreciated their work as I did. They’re easy to find in Springfield right down the street from the loves. “This is a wonderful place, they will help with anything. I had a battery that I thought was bad, so they tested it, and charged it for me. Found out it was a good battery but wouldn't take a charge. So they replaced the battery for free(under warranty) and my car starts up like a beauty! Great service and parts.”
“A fine store if helping yourself. When I asked for an air filter, they looked it up, verbally told me the part number and pointed to the general area of the store to go look for it.
I went across the street to O'Reilly where they cheerfully got the filter for me without me asking them to. That's normal.
Parts stores deliver parts to mechanic shops all day long, and it seems odd to not be willing to offer the same level of service to someone standing there.
I would say based on this experience, O'Reilly will be my first choice and AutoZone as the alternative option.”
