“I shop at this store all the time in fact I've moved to Santaquin and still come north to Springville for my Smiths shopp even tho there is a Smiths in Payson. Today (2/19/2023) we were in the self check out lines and Leila (I hope I spelled her name right) was a super sweet helpful employee when we were having issue with barcodes on a couple things. On top of that she was super funny. I personally think she needs a raise and probably a management role with a great attitude like that!!! So I want to tell her thank you and I look forward to my next interaction with you/her!!!Best Regards Tim J”

“This is the only gas station that I prefer to go to In all of Springville… It’s clean the workers are so friendly… And the owner is the nicest guy. Also best tasting fountain drinks ever! Also love how they sell BYU products like ice cream, treats, ranch, and milk.
Also now you can earn point in store still and smiths points… how great is that!”

“A Team, they always go out of their way to make sure I get the best experience.Last one was when they order my favorite rolling paper because I couldn’t find it anywhere. Most business would just tell you to buy what they have in stock. They really made me feel special and valued as a customer.”
“I love jakes so much. Do you need a snack? They got it. Do you need entertainment? They got it. Do you need a burger? They got it. Do you need a car wash? They got it. Do you need bucked up? They got it! Do you need a bathroom? What do you think of course They got it. Jakes is amazing. Best soda fountain in all of utah valley. I will literally take my children here when I'm married and old. I know a vacation to jakes sounds crazy but they literally have everything I wouldn't be surpirsed if theres a 5 star resort on a Beach somewhere in there. So much character, so much love.”

“Never had an issue with their food. I’ve been getting their brisket burritos for a while now and they are almost always amazing. Sometimes lacking in the sweetheart sauce but always great. Love the deals Maverik offers as well with the nitro card or adventure club card. Unbeatable everywhere”

“Me and my fiance have always loved going here, he use to be a regular but these people are always so friendly and funny, we look forward to making our stops here. The variety of snacks are great and it's nice and clean here, just a chill place to be, I do wish they had more rollers out but they're very popular so they run out at times. Love this place ”

“I'm obsessed with this Love's Travel Stop! The fuel prices are always competitive, and the convenience store has everything I need for life on the road. From snacks and drinks to travel essentials and souvenirs, they've got it all.
The food options are also top-notch – their hot dogs, sandwiches, and breakfast items are all delicious and satisfying. The staff is friendly and efficient, always willing to lend a helping hand.
What really sets this Love's apart is the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The parking area is well-lit and spacious, making it easy to maneuver my rig.

“Pretty average gas station convenience store. I came in the morning and it seemed like half the town had the same idea, because it was super busy. However the one employee was handling it like a champ running two registers at a time.”
