“We had to replace an unconventional sink valve and we were having difficulty finding the correct valve size. They didn't have the valve we needed, but they explained what we could do to remedy our problem. Their advice was very helpful and it was clear that they are extremely knowledgeable about plumbing.”

“Awesome end of the week service. I walked in just 10 minutes before they closed for the weekend. The item I wanted, an Echo leaf blower, was on sale (15% off). I was given a complete tutorial, the fuel tank was filled, and I was given an extra container of fuel. They registered my Echo for me so I didn't have to do that at home. Very fast and friendly service at the end of their week.”

“After looking at box stores and other plumbing suppliers for a water heater, this was the best place for service and getting a fair price. The Reehm 50 gallon natural gas water heater was in stock and Mark was great to work with there. He took the time to answer my questions and provide guidance on how-to install.”

“We've been looking to replace all of our interior doors and upgrade them to solid wood. I looked online at some of the online door companies but had too many questions so I visited their showroom in Springville. They had far more options that I realized were available locally. No crate fees, just local truck delivery which was a huge cost savings. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and we ended up getting not only our doors but matching moulding and baseboards from them too. Thanks CR!”

“Lisa at Rustica was a great help in figuring out how to put a door in front of steps. I had no idea the right hardware to use. I built my own door, but the no show hardware was the key to getting right up to the ceiling with minimal gap. If I ever build or hang a barn door again, they will be my first call.”

“I gotta give these guys 5 stars for their friendly service. Especially Brian Goodnight for going over and above to take care of my lumber orders, which I requested at the last minute both times,”
