“Kind workers and the mail man that come to my house always says "hi" back to me. He is the true meaning of a mail man, trying to show kindness even while working on the long and hot summer days.”

“Always helpful, kind and patient. Only wish there was a self serve machine for after hours. During the Covid shutdown using a USPS self serve machine was great for contactless mailing. Would be helpful at this time of year as well, for people trying to avoid getting sick. Otherwise this is a great place with friendly workers.”

“SO convenient that this place is on campus! Didn’t have to wait long at all and it was super quick and easy to package my return and send it. The employees are also EXTREMELY nice!”

“This Provo location did a fantastic job helping us renew a passport. Clerk Letizia behind the counter was highly professional and to the point in getting us in and out very efficiently. If you are considering renewing a passport, this location is the best! They have a dedicated area for passport business and guards customer's privacy during the process.”

“I usually HATE going to any post office because it takes forever, but I just went to this one the other day and wanted to give a good review for Gaylene. She was working behind the counter and helped me with a package. It was just a normal drop off, but she was incredibly kind and helpful toward me and I appreciated her welcoming energy.”

“As with the other unhappy patreons, I too waited 30 minutes for a leprechaun to pop out of the drop off box and take the package from my hands. This didn't end up happening. After 30 minutes I got back into my car and left. Keep in mind I did open the box and yell inside to see if someone was on their way... no response. Customer service was not existent at this box on the side of the road. I'll try again in the future.”

“Everybody at this post office is SO kind, except one girl (HENCE NO 5TH STAR)! She's a total grump and has zero customer service skills! She's probably late 20s, early 30's, dark hair (shaved underneath-- she wore it up today). And I know she just wasn't having a bad day because I have heard from neighbors about her but didn't experience her until today! Geeze. It seems like she hates life. NO personality and she makes you feel bad about being there. The older gentleman in front of me was joking with her, very light-heartedly and she was having none of it! Maybe she's just a sad person. I feel bad for her-- but also for those who have to see her at the post office. Maybe I'll just kill her with kidness next time!!!! ?”

“This is an amazing group of ppl! I had my pkg labeled "N" and the address was "W" they corrected it for me. They stayed past closing time to help me get my granddaughters pkg mailed to her. Then I left my keys on the bench and the area was locked. My fog was in the car and it was 29° and they helped me . Great group of people.”

“Came here for mailbox keys for a new property and the kind lady behind the counter was happy to help.Negative reviews probably come from people who have no idea how the mail works. The selection of people who come in here is what you would expect to see at the DMV.”

“When I was given a key to a broken mailbox to retrieve my package, I came to this location and they gave me further instructions/ideas on how to open the mailbox. Once following those instructions and the mailbox still wouldn’t open, a worker generously drove down to my mailbox to help me get my package. Now THAT’S customer service!”
