“As with the other unhappy patreons, I too waited 30 minutes for a leprechaun to pop out of the drop off box and take the package from my hands. This didn't end up happening. After 30 minutes I got back into my car and left. Keep in mind I did open the box and yell inside to see if someone was on their way... no response. Customer service was not existent at this box on the side of the road. I'll try again in the future.”
“I ship multiple items here every day for about 3 years now and have never had a problem with this office losing my package. There have been a few issues online or with my shipments being delivered (in other states) and the staff here has been friendly and done what they can to help resolve problems that have come up”
