The people on the phone are so rude. They have weird policies regarding contracts, and won’t ever let you speak to anyone in charge. Very annoying and just overall not helpful and they won’t even explain their policy’s

This company is the property management of our HOA for one year now and they haven’t done much of anything. Except collecting the monthly dues and paying themselves. They treat owners living in the community like renters and renters like owners. We have to abide by the CC&R’s but renters don’t. When we call their office with things that need to be done they ignore it. For example someone had left a mattress and a couch by the dumpster and after months it’s still there. We suggested that they put a camera to find out who does that and they haven’t responded to anything about it. That is another problem they have, they don’t answer emails, whatever we tell them goes un-responded to. I asked to see their contract with our association to be able to see for what kind of services we are paying and still haven’t seen it. They think they can charge us and do nothing. This is I would said, one of the worst property management that our association has had. Our community is depreciating in value because of the lack of care.

They are so helpful we needed a repair done, they took care of so fast. Dusty is very nice to talk too. Best company to rent from. They don't get mad when you call. I rented from different company they were so nasty to my family. Thanks❤❤

they have horrible service and a horrible auto pay system. i’ve set it up 3 times and been charged a fee on it each time. I assumed it worked the last time i set it up then go to my storage bin and it has another lock on it from this company because apparently it hasn’t been working. ridiculous and will never work with them again

We have a baby girl due next month and also had our lease up so really needed to get into a place , she made that happen I couldn’t thank her enough … I owe this wonderful beautiful lady everything she is also so friendly and had to deal with us calling 1,000 times ! If anyone is worried or needs anything go to her ask for her she will get things done ! Also she is just wonderful to talk to ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dusty at the front desk was rather unprofessional. She refused to resolve or even acknowledge a mistake made by the company employing her (which ended up costing my a not insignificant sum of money). She became almost hostile toward me at my calm insistence that it was not fitting that I should be penalized by the guilty party for a mistake they made. I was quite shocked by her reaction which consisted of threats of eviction volleyed in a childish paroxysm. I am unaccustomed to being treated this way by anyone, let alone somebody in customer service

I would 100% NOT ever recommending to have this group be rental manager or any property. I think even if I had a box to rent, I still wouldn’t let them manage it. They are rude and unprofessional. They rent out property to friends (who have bad backgrounds like debt collections and evictions) and let them not follow rental agreements (I.e no dogs allowed no matter “ESA” animals). We asked for the ESA document from the company which we are entitled to per division of real estate and had to fight tooth and nail to get it. Not be mention our tenants were notified months prior to be out by the company. Come the last day they were supposed to be out, they still weren’t out. When I told the company, they said the tenants were “power washing the driveway”, all cleaning needs to be done by the last day. There is no going back after the notified last day. The tenants also kept the garage opener confirming our photographs that they were still accessing the house after their lease was up. The property management company never notified us about the lease ending the year prior and kept the rent low because of their friends. This company will lie through their butt and never admit when they are in the wrong. They let the tenants TRASH property. I’m talking burn holes in the floor, pieces of wood missing from awnings. The tenants also stole our washer and dryer. The company let the tenants turn the garage into a bedroom. Let’s be honest, as soon as I write this review they will admit no fault,blame us, twist information, and blast personal information. Customer service? That’s not even in their vocabulary. Be warned.

Trent, Gladys, Dusty, and all are excellent. They have cared for our properties going on 9 years now. I highly recommend them for your property management and purchase/sales.

Awesome to work with! Very reliable and helpful at the office & on the phone, any time you have a question or need help they're there and communicate. They advocated for us and made sure we were taken care of as a family. Only reason we had to leave was because we had a baby and needed an extra room, but if we could've stayed with them we would've!

Absolutely love this company! Dusty & Gladys are the most helpful & caring people I’ve ever met within the business industry. I have been renting from them for 5 years & every time I had an issue or needed any repairs they were quick to resolve the problem. I highly highly recommend them!
