“Website had some issues this morning and my coworker and I couldn't get out checks deposited on the app. We kept getting an error. Went to this branch and Jessica helped me not sure what guy helped my coworker but Jessica hopped on the phone and waited for an agent and was able to cancel the transaction and try again and it worked! ( We were originally told we would have to wait 24-48 hours) Jessica went above and beyond and when the other agent gave up she wound up helping my coworker as well.

NO FURTHER ‼️The details are neither here nor there, but I was in DIRE need of a checking acct. and immediately, and I am not exaggerating when I say JORDAN is your go to banker…. She told me that she was going to look out for me and my FIRST, very own, checking & savings money market accounts…. Again the details aren’t important ….. What IS important is that Jordan kept her promise and HAD MY BACK , when a big push came to a frightening ( to me) shove….. she did what she promised, JORDAN had myyyyy back….. and I will never ever move my checking and savings accounts away from her care at America First Credit Union inside Lin’s. “Everyone at this branch is always so very helpful. (I’ve only gotten the opportunity to be helped by the ladies at the front of the bank though) The ladies always have such great energy and I’m also greeted EVERY single time I walk through their door. They are always sincere and seem generally happy to help me out with whatever I’m needing that day. *** Which is hard to find these days in the customer service arena. Ive never had to wait in a long line. EVER. There’s always enough tellers to handle all of us clients, and in a very timely matter I must say. I actually don’t even have an account with SSFCU, but when I moved down to the area, a couple years ago, I needed to find a Credit Union that allowed Shared Branching with my credit union, Utah Power Credit Union. The closest branch of my credit union is about 4 hours away, so I was very happy to find out that this location did shared branching. The funny thing is I don’t live near this credit union per-say. (I’m off the Washington Parkway exit). I drive past 2 or 3 other credit unions, who also do shared branching, just to get to this credit unions location. I’ve just always had such a nice experience at this credit union, that I don’t mind driving approx. an extra 15 minutes. I just want to say one more thing. Like I said earlier in the review ALL these ladies are fantastic, but there is one that has always gone above and beyond when helping me out. Her name is Amber. I’m not sure of her last name, and I hope you don’t have two ladies named Amber at this location because I’d really like her to be recognized for amazing customer service. I was just at this location this morning, encase you need to verify which Amber I’m talking about.”

“I have been super pleased with this Bank. It has the warm feel of a small bank, where people know your name and care about you as a person. Pat in new accounts is wonderful and has helped me on numerous occasions with new accounts, name changes and notary services. The tellers are kind, always smiling and always helpful. I love that even as a small bank, it has a drive up window. The only drawback is that it isn't open on Saturday for a few hours for those who have to work long week days.”
