“I really wanted to buy 2 books by Alan Osmond for my friend and myself. Shipping online to Europe is very expensive. My husband and I had a vacation in the US coming up. I contacted this store via email. They were willing to order the book and keep it for me until I came to pick it up. They even ordered a signed copy.
