“David always has great recommendations. Very pleasant conversations, very friendly. He has helped me introduce my child to comic books and it’s been so fun to share the hobby.”

“I’ve been out of precision RC cars for some35 years. I had many reservations as the tech and terms had changed over those years. After explaining my concerns, I was directed by the staff to consider a couple of kits. The suggested products produced exactly what I wanted in a build. I have great confidence in the education and experience in this staff. It should be mentioned, the offer more than just kits, parts and accessories, they offer RTR (ready to run). Bottom line- they know what they are talking about. Also, I came in under budget on many expensive components. Highly recommended these professionals.”

“This is the 5th time I’ve witnessed this at Michael’s and this time I’m going to say something. Much praise to the women working the registers at the front. Today was the 5th time I’ve witnessed awful behavior from our local citizens and customers. There was a woman middle aged, working at the front. A customer came up while the employee was ringing up and demand she stop everything to ring everything for a customer coming up with some of the most awful behavior I’ve seen. Demanding the employee do everything for her and being verbally abusive about it, then told the lady at register she had to put her pin in for her and card? Started yelling and degrading her when she did it. Then this creepy old man comes up to the register and starts man-handling the poor lady at the register, and he continued to do it..which was clearly making the cashier lady very uncomfortable. after that the other lady turns around and tells her if she can’t handle the job she shouldn’t have it. I have never witnessed such utter abuse than I have seen from customers at Michael’s. As a regular I will make sure I shop here as much as possible because I appreciate the kindness of the register and how they all handle themselves.

Not to mention I spend way too much money here weekly with rarely a complaint.

Do better, St. George customers.”
