Took my car in for a simple oil change and transmission flush. Quoted price was higher than others but I took it in because I work close and could walk back to work while they worked on my car. First red flag was them being unsure if they could do the transmission flush (it’s a Honda civic) arguably one of the most basic, easy cars to work on.
I picked the car up and drove it a few miles to get some food and back to work. When I pulled into the parking lot my car was making a horrible noise so I parked the car and looked underneath to see my skid plate barley hanging on.
If you can’t even remember to tighten some bolts it makes me fear the quality of the rest of their overpriced work.”

“Best oil change experience! I’ve had my fair share of bad oil change experiences especially as a woman driving an 27 year old car. She’s a jeep, she’s suppose to leak. I don’t look forward to getting the condescending conversation about the condition of my car, when my husband can take my jeep in and get told nothing. This jiffy lube off sunset was AMAZING! They got me in and out fast, got straight to the point while being very polite and didn’t waste my time with any mansplanning. I believe it was Avery and Tyler who I interacted with and it was nothing but pleasant (3/17 around 12:30pm). This also isn’t my first pleasant experience at this location. I will only be going here for oil changes from now on.”
“They were punctual, said what they were going to do, and did a great job. I requested to have a new air filter installed but I saw for myself and was told that mine was still very new so they didn’t replace it.
It’s nice to have that refreshing honesty, they didn’t charge me for something I didn’t need.”

“Okay, I’m from out of town and noticed that my oil change sticker said that I was overdue for an oil change. Knowing that we always get our oil changes at Jiffy Lube, I pulled in to this location to get the work done. The technicians pulled up my vehicle information and came to the car and told me that I was still about 1800 miles short of needing an oil change and so they suggested i.e. wait and not waste my money having an early change. They topped all my fluids off and didn’t charge me a penny. They could’ve very easily taken advantage of me in this situation, but chose to do the right thing. Hat’s off to this Jiffy Lube’s! Plus they were all super friendly!”
