“We are travelling the US in our imported motorhome from the UK and needed to get our new handbrake cable fitted. We chose Fusion AUTO Works because of the reviews, and we are so glad we did! Eric has been there for 16 years and has a great team of mechanics. Even though the job turned out to be a bit tricky, he didn’t overcharge us by the hour, which was really thoughtful. He’s honest, which is fantastic. We would highly recommend this garage to anyone passing through with their vehicle. “I had them do my rotors and pads, about a month later I had something break while driving so I took it back in and they were unable to pinpoint the exact cause of damage so instead of hassling me with it they just said its on them and they will take care of the repair and the damage it caused to other parts. One of the parts needed is tough to get in a timely manner but they are very actively working to find it in town in order to get me back on the road as fast as possible. Ive been to a lot of mechanic shops but none of them have this level of Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.”

“Stopped in for a quick full vehicle check up while passing through town on a road trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were able to get me in quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with fast Wi-Fi, snack/drinks, and a great view of the work being done. I left feeling confident my vehicle was ready for a long road trip ahead. Highly recommend and would absolutely return if I’m ever in the area again!”
