i went to this location and the workers were so unkind and bratty towards me. i went in the dressing room with my sister without knowing it wasn’t allowed, a girl named riley knocked and told me to leave. i started to change back into my regular clothes, and she knocked again telling me i had to get out. she continued to look under the doors to the dressing room. i got out and she stared me at me rudely. another girl accused my friend of stealing when she had JUST checked out. my sister considered not even buying her clothes because the workers made her uncomfortable. i work in retail as well. this was exceptionally bad service please get better.

Very poor experience today. I was treated very rudely by the staff and did not feel welcome. They were looking under my dressing room door and knocking on the door. They also accused my friend of stealing when she and JUST checked out and had her receipt. I also had to wait a while to check out when there were 7 teen girls on staff. Riley particularly was staring at me and it made me want to not buy anything and leave.

Just checked out here…got a receipt and everything. And as I was walking out an employee came out and accused me of stealing saying she saw me place something in my bag. There was nothing in my bag. She also told me she had to check my Tilly’s receipt to make sure I actually bought the shirt from Tilly’s as well. Would have been perfectly fine if they asked nicely and politely but they acted very rude. This location needs to work on customer service. Ryley was probably the rudest of the girls working.

Me and my sisters went in to pacsun to buy a shirt and saw one of her friends and said hi and continued shopping. Then the friend started misbehaving and they kicked him out, as well as me and my sisters who did nothing wrong. They were two teenage girls who were very rude and didn't offer us assistance and just talked to each other the whole time even before the incident. Safe to say we will never be back here.

Terrible customer service. I had a return to make and the girl could not find my order anywhere, even though I gave her the order number and showed her the emails on my phone. She proceeded to tell me that I would need to bring back the shipping information which would have the receipt on the back, but wouldn’t take the online receipt. Her lack of understanding is costing me another trip to the store to return the items. She did not seem to care or make any effort to help. Avoid this location.

I had a disappointing experience at Pacsun while shopping with my teenage daughter. As soon as we walked in, no one greeted us or offered assistance. We have a rule that my daughter tries on clothes before buying, but when we asked for a dressing room, we were told it was closed because it was 4:59 PM. No warning was given, and the staff was quite rude about it. I understand it's Sunday in Utah, but what store closes at 5:00 PM? This lack of customer service was frustrating, and we won't be returning.

Terrible customer service. It’s 7:45 and store closes at 8. We are in a hurry to find a last minute swimsuit and employees are too busy trying to close exactly at 8 that they could be bothered to help us try it on and say “the dressing rooms are closed”. What happened to stores that focus on helping customers?

Just went in with my daughters at 4:30, picked 6 items to try on by 4:40, and then was told we weren’t allowed to try anything on because it was too close to closing at 5pm. It’s now 4:46 and I had plenty of time to write this review while they lost my sale. High School girls standing around talking about getting drunk last night and straight up being lazy so they didn’t have to do their job… do better

Great customer service, so much better than the rude, snarky, complaining customer service at Tilly's. I wish I had gotten the name of the very fashionable black young lady who helped us. She deserves a raise and to be the one training others how to treat customers with respect and a smile.

My 3 daughters shop here 4-5 times a year. Their jeans fit them really well, that is the only reason they shop at this location. If my girls weren’t growing every few months, I’d just order online for them.They have no customer service skills, and they treat you like they don’t want your business. I feel like they’re the McDonalds of retail. I hope their management can correct this.

Hello, I normally do not write negative reviews for Google but I need to note the horrible service at PacSun while I was shopping with my girlfriend and her friends. The worker at the front told my girlfriend that the fitting rooms were only 5 outfits maximum to try on which is fine. While her friend was trying some clothes on in the fitting room, the worker came over and insisted that the extra clothes my girlfriend was holding should be held at the front counter even though her friend was going to try them on after the first five. She would not allow her to just sit and hold them outside the fitting room and took the clothes. After, she and I sat down on the bench outside the fitting room while her friend was trying on outfits. There were clothes on this bench and we had no choice but to sit on them while we waited. The worker (piercings, bun, sweats, black hair) didn't even ask us or tell us she was going to pull the clothes out under us. The clothes were ripped out under us on the seat from behind us. Poor and unprofessional customer service by this worker.

they could care less if you are there or not. the cashier and her friend in line talked for 20 mins before noticing me in line behind her. so unprofessional.
