Clearly no management around. All the associates were behind the cash wrap, one was actually sitting on the floor. There were only two customers shopping. This is one of the many reasons I prefer to shop online. Customer service just doesn't exist.

An employee looked under the dressing room of my daughter, while she was changing, supposedly to verify that she wasn't shoplifting. But that's just freaky.

Terrible customer service. It’s 7:45 and store closes at 8. We are in a hurry to find a last minute swimsuit and employees are too busy trying to close exactly at 8 that they could be bothered to help us try it on and say “the dressing rooms are closed”. What happened to stores that focus on helping customers?
