I had a great experience at Regal Watch Exchange. I stopped in for help putting the back on my watch after replacing the battery myself. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, used their watch press to get it back on perfectly and didn’t charge me anything. Just genuinely great customer service. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I recently bought my first Rolex from the great guys at Regal and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Patrick is very knowledgeable and was always happy to talk watches during the several visits that I made before finally making the big purchase. Every time I’ve gone into the store, I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality and diversity of their selection. If you live in Southern Utah and are interested in watches, Regal is the place to go.

Have had several great experiences here from buying a few new items for my collection to selling a few too. Staff is knowledgeable of the market and gives very personalized service. They know you by name when you come in. So glad to have this high end retail option available in this St George area. They have comparable inventory to Vegas watch stores, only thing missing is the champagne. 🥂😊

Totally recommend Regal Watch Exchange. Went In for a simple watch battery replacement. $10 & change, now where In the world can you get anything done for $10 bucks including the Battery!Nice guys too! Regal reminds me of customer service that used to exist many years ago, and It is very refreshing to have found a place that still has those values.Cheers to Regal Watch Exchange, will keep you on my radar for future needs!
