“I went in with my boyfriend to get his inserts, and had my feet evaluated. I have had knee issues for 20 years, back issues and planter fasciitis. Joan was very nice and informative. She had me try a pair of shoes. Literally almost instantly my pain went away. I cried. For the first time in years I was able to go for a 4 block walk with our pain. I didn't know a pair of shoes could change my life that drastically and so fast. Thank you so much.”

“I was in 39 today to get some shoes that were on sale and the poor girl who was working passed out while she was checking somebody out. Some of the other women, and I use that term loosely because a real woman wouldn't act this way, started telling her to go faster and asking if anybody else worked there to check them out. NOBODY asked if she was okay, they just started reprimanding her for not doing her job. I was so mad I had to leave the store so I wouldn't say something to these horrible women. I feel bad for not staying and making sure she was okay but I didn't know what to do at the time. One of the vicious Karens said "I'm going to leave a bad review." so I thought the least I could do was come here first and put it out there that if anybody leaves a bad review regarding this situation they are not only heartless but cruel. People like this should be ashamed of how greedy and self centered they are. I am still really bothered by what I saw. What comes around goes around.”
