My brakes were making a loud rubbing noise, not even 24 hours after I bought my 2019 Kia Sorrento. They took it back in the shop on Monday. Found the problem. The underplate was all tore up. Ordered a new one and they’re going to replace and install the new plate free of charge. Good customer service.!!!
