“I could not have asked for a better experience. I caught a rock on the freeway that left a large chip directly in my line of sight and fairly close to the edge of the windshield. The damaged area had already spidered out to a little larger than a quarter, so I was convinced I would be told the entire windshield needed to be replaced.
I got off at the next exit and luckily I was only a couple of minutes away from this shop, so I pulled in without an appointment, and they immediately came outside to inspect it. They were honest that it was a difficult chip and close to the limit of what could be repaired, but they were confident they could take care of it. They got me in right away and finished incredibly quickly.
The repair turned out excellent. The damage is now barely noticeable, and more importantly, the windshield was saved from needing to be replaced. They also made the insurance process completely effortless. My insurance company sent them the claim information, they handled everything on their end, and I left owing nothing.
What initially felt like it was going to become an expensive, frustrating ordeal ended up causing almost no disruption to my day whatsoever. No exaggeration, from the moment the rock hit my windshield to the moment It was repaired and I was back on my way, less than an hour had passed. The timing, service, workmanship, and overall experience could not have been better. I am extremely grateful and would recommend this shop without hesitation.”
“I have years of experience with car maintenance and repair. I have done a lot of this myself but when a repair is too big a job for me, I look for a professional. Modern cars have become so complicated by electrical gadgetry and specialized systems, it's hard to find an independent shop with the knowledge, tools and skills to fix them properly. In 2019, I bought a used 2016 Subaru Outback from Findlay Subaru in St. George. This car now has 200,000 miles and some components are naturally wearing out and must be replaced. I like this vehicle and want it to last another 100,000 miles, so I have been asking Findlay Subaru to do a lot of the service work. It's getting so that most of the service writers recognize me when I walk in their office.
There is no denying that a dealer, like Findlay Subaru, charges more for service than an independent shop. But over the past several years, I have been treated so well by Findlay's service department that I no longer mind paying the premium price because I now trust them to do quality work and to be honest with me about what's essential to fix now and what might be okay to fix later.
Lately, I've been especially impressed with Findlay's Service Writer, Dominic. He is a great communicator and consistently demonstrates excellent customer service. He looks for ways to make the repair visits as convenient and painless for me as possible, including offering a loaner car when the repairs will take several hours or more than one day. When I do choose to wait for the repair in their lobby, I find that the refreshments, plentiful electrical outlets, clean restroom, and comfortable furniture make the wait easy. But the main thing I like is the peace of mind that comes with competent and respectful service.”
“Excellent service! I came in late for my appointment and they were ok with it. They have a room with comfortable couches and air conditioning to wait in (but no food/drinks). And they got the job done accurately while conforming to my specific situation with a good attitude!”

“We where driving through St. George on our to Oregon and our tire blows on our fifth wheel trailer and broke our hydraulic line. We called Todd and his team took care of us with excellent service. They fixed the trailer hydraulic line…he had to reach out to someone to custom made a hose for the hydraulic line…but he got it fixed the same day so we can operate our trailer jacks and slides.
We came back the next morning to get four new tires they had arranged for the tires to come up from Las Vegas. They took care of us first thing in the morning for the tires.
Todd and his team could see the stress we were in and they help us out in a timely matter and charged a fairly for the excellent service.”

Super hilarious to listen to some of the things that the staff talk about as far as world events lol or prime Amazon deals lol
And one thing that I have noticed and some of the eavesdropping that I do unintentionally, but they're always concerned about having the customer pay a ridiculous amount of money so they're always trying to figure out the best efficient and financially efficient way to fix somebody's vehicle when they have an issue with it.
For example if somebody comes in and says the last mechanic that they went to said that they needed to fix something on the transmission,
And after they look the vehicle if they decide the transmission is a total waste and they need a new one? They'll tell them that they're wasting their money doing what the last shop recommended to do and that they need a whole new transmission. (Hypothetical situation nothing that I've actually heard) And I think that that's pretty cool.
Because they make an effort to be as transparent and honest with their customers all day everyday.
So if you like honest people who don't rip you off I recommend this shop.
If however you like to be ripped off, I recommend any other shop of your choosing.”

And now for the completely unnecessary but important part of this review… that smile! I’m pretty sure Kenan’s smile could sell tires to someone who walked in with perfectly good tires. It was so cheerful I almost forgot I was there to spend money. If customer service came with a brightness rating, his smile would need sunglasses. Honestly, I came in looking for tires and left wondering if I should be reviewing the tire department or Kenan’s smile.
P.S. The braids deserve a shout-out too! They look seriously good. Between the smile, the braids, and the excellent customer service, Kenan is making tire shopping suspiciously enjoyable.

I called Stephen Wade Mercedes-Benz on Monday with a question about their old power sports store which has been closed for many years. I needed to find service records for my Polaris which has supposedly been service at Stephen Wade Powersports, and I was transferred to Landon for help. Landon told me that he didn’t know personally if the records still existed, but that he would make some calls and talk to the COO of the company and get back to me. Keep in mind, Landon was not selling me anything and so he had no financial incentive to follow through, other than keeping his promise. Well fast forward to 5pm the next day, I get a call back from Landon. The records were unfortunately not available, but the fact that he followed through speaks volumes about the level of service and integrity that they offer at Mercedes Benz of St. George. Next time someone is in the market for a Mercedes, I know where I’m sending them.”
