We had a fantastic time with our recent vehicle purchase at Stephen Wade Honda/Mazda!! Jason White was very knowledgeable with helping my husband and I find the right car at a great deal!!! And Fransisco got all the paperwork done right and made sure there wasn’t anything overcharged. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had straight up front. These are good, honest people we would recommend and hope to do business with in the future!!! Everything with the car was awesome!!! But we were a little bummed the floor mats were missing since it was a slightly used car we purchased. So anyhow Jason went out of his way, got back to us the following day with a brand new set of factory floor mats!!! How cool is that!! Service like that is what will keep us coming back for our future vehicle needs. Thanks Jason!!!

These guys will waste your time. My Husband and I were contacted by Stephen Wade Honda in regards to our 2017 Toyota 4Runner we are selling. They wanted to give us an appraisal on our vehicle. We set a day and time for the appraisal. On the day of the appraisal Mone failed to show up and message us back about being there at all. After 30 minutes past the original time my husband finally left. This is very unprofessional as well as down right rude. If you value your time don’t conduct business with Stephen Wade Honda.

Don’t waste your time with Stephen Wade Honda. They will waste yours. My wife and I got a call from Stephen Wade about them wanting to do an appraisal on our 2017 Toyota 4Runner. We secured a date and time for them to meet us for the appraisal. Upon waiting over 30 minutes past the original time agreed on with Mone, he never showed up to conduct the appraisal. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Once again don’t waste your time.

Salesperson, David, was very helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable of the Mazda vehicles. The promotions that were offered were explained very well. Loan officer, Tonia, prepared the closing loan, explained all aspects of the loan, explained the best promotions that were beneficial to our loan. Overall expectations of purchasing a new vehicle was fantastic. No pressure at any time and we weren't spending the whole day waiting.
