“Family owned, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When I have work done I decide to wait for my vehicle.
Super hilarious to listen to some of the things that the staff talk about as far as world events lol or prime Amazon deals lol
And one thing that I have noticed and some of the eavesdropping that I do unintentionally, but they're always concerned about having the customer pay a ridiculous amount of money so they're always trying to figure out the best efficient and financially efficient way to fix somebody's vehicle when they have an issue with it.
For example if somebody comes in and says the last mechanic that they went to said that they needed to fix something on the transmission,
And after they look the vehicle if they decide the transmission is a total waste and they need a new one? They'll tell them that they're wasting their money doing what the last shop recommended to do and that they need a whole new transmission. (Hypothetical situation nothing that I've actually heard) And I think that that's pretty cool.
Because they make an effort to be as transparent and honest with their customers all day everyday.
So if you like honest people who don't rip you off I recommend this shop.
If however you like to be ripped off, I recommend any other shop of your choosing.”
“Kenan was so awesome! He took the time to make sure I understood all my options for new tires, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I got what was right for me.
And now for the completely unnecessary but important part of this review… that smile! I’m pretty sure Kenan’s smile could sell tires to someone who walked in with perfectly good tires. It was so cheerful I almost forgot I was there to spend money. If customer service came with a brightness rating, his smile would need sunglasses. Honestly, I came in looking for tires and left wondering if I should be reviewing the tire department or Kenan’s smile.
P.S. The braids deserve a shout-out too! They look seriously good. Between the smile, the braids, and the excellent customer service, Kenan is making tire shopping suspiciously enjoyable.

“This morning I was rushing to get out of town and drive up to Primary Children’s Hospital in SLC where my young adult son has his last appointment today after 30 months of battling T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He’s ringing the bell today!!! I realized last minute the tire on our car had a leak when you moved the valve stem. That couldn’t make the 350-mile drive and I needed to leave in 2 hours!
I took the wheel, off the car, by Big-O at 8:00 AM and said “I have a big ask. I have to leave town this morning. Could you fix a leaky valve stem in an hour?” The guy said “Sure, we’ll do it right now!” Big-O didn’t know I was a past customer, they didn’t know our family’s cancer fight, they didn’t know the momentous day this was for us, none of that, they just jumped into action. By 8:20 AM, Jake had it fixed! They wouldn’t even charge me for it even though they had to remove the tire from the rim, make the repair, then remount and balance the tire!
I know Big-O tires are independently owned and operated. If you need a great tire shop, please go see this location on Bluff!”
