It's nice to go to a company store. They helped me with the phone issues. The local stores are not allowed to help. The parent company's do not want the employees to help, only sell you something. The online help is very hard to understand because of their heavy accent

I went there for help on a problem I was having updating my account which they couldn't help me there so they put me on the phone which took along time waiting I would have given 5 stars had I not waited so long.My problem was solved. A human on the phone, not an AI, thank goodness!
