I've lived in East Carbon for about a year now. I make a stop at Miner's weekly. They have great selection of products for the space they're in. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Despite being in a remote area you can often catch deals on a number of staples. Also I love their doughnuts.

I had an amazing taco salad here yesterday. I dreamnt about it last night. This business has supported our community since I was a kid, and I’m grateful they stock everything from evaporative cooler parts to homemade salsa, sausage, or even a screwdriver.
