Shockingly bad customer service from the General Manager no less. Showed up to rent a truck at 6:58 am. (Screenshot of drive/arrival time) Open sign is on and doors open. Go inside and am greeted by a women at the desk saying, "excuse me but we aren't open for a few more minutes, we have paperwork to do." I say ok, can we at least wait inside, and get the response, "um, ok." Stand in waiting area for 5 more minutes with no more acknowledgement. Another customer walks in and starts heading over so we walk over to the desk. The general manger (Heather Horton) still doesn't acknowledge us, but a helpful employee next to her, says, "I can help you guys". He was super kind, and helpful. We watched over the next few interactions The GM (Heather Horton) had with customers. One lady came in and said I have a reservation and Heather looked it up, said you don't have one. The women slightly protested saying she had spoken to someone. Heather interrupted her, and said, "listen I'm the General Manager and I'm telling you right now, there is no reservation for you, and I don't have a truck/trailer for you." The customer relented and left. My husband and I just looked at each other shocked at the interaction. Good customer service should provide options, and help, not annoyance and hostility. Nothing like a manager throwing title aand attitude. Interactions with other employees were great, but management is toxic and driving business away.

Tiffany the assistant manager is great she helped me with a couple different problems and got them resolved right away. The rest of the staff is courteous and helpful as well. I would highly recommend getting a storage unit from there.

I reserved a 20’ U-Haul a week prior to my move date. I went in the morning of the move date to Heather (GM) telling me they had no trucks of that size. Alright, honest mistake I guess. I paid for roadside assistance and ended up needing an extra key. I went in to talk to them and they as IMMEDIATELY met with their poor attitude. While I was there this morning I watched as the previous costumers were treated poorly as well. We asked for my contract and what I paid for on roadside assistance and she threw us a pamphlet that was not even for our state. I would recommend some more training on costumer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The general manager Heather will try to screw you over all that she can! She does not talk, she yells at you! She is Extremely rude, has absolutely zero customer service skills. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! The little new guy is cool... everybody else there sucks!! They do not help. They give away your reservation, they over charge you for stuff you don't use. Most of all, Heather is absolutely unacceptable!! Super unprofessional and she does not know how to run a business or talk to people. Me and my family will not use uhaul until Heather is fired.

Went in to refill propane bottle. Seemed like the girl that came out to help me and another customer who was ahead of me. She was so scared of filling the bottles that she looked for any reason not to fill them. The customer ahead of me got one out of two filled, and she didn't know how to disconnect it from the hose. Lack of training. My bottle was totally empty, and because she saw discharge coming from the relief port, she wouldn't put anymore in. I received 1 gallon. I told her just to disconnect it, and I would take it to someone who knows what they are doing. I will not be going back! I suggest that you find another place to get your bottles filled as well. Waist of my time!

Person helping me had a name tag that read owner. I've never met a ruder owner than her. I was patient even tho it took 45 mins past my appt time to get the truck picked up because they were very busy. But I missed 45 mins of my reservation and she kept repeating I must be back before 3pm. I picked up. Truck with just under half tank for fuel. It didn't match my contract and had to be fixed. Having a half tank caused me to have to fuel twice for an in town rental. If the owners customer service attitude is how she was treating people today then I will go find another rental company.

Went there earlier today and HEATHER HORTON the GM OF THE STORE was out of line with handling things. Very unprofessional as a GM. I was told on the phone and email that I was able to get stuff out of my storage. She came out of no where and started talking to me like I was child and yelling at me stating I can’t get into my storage. When I am authorized to. I’m not sure why she is still there when reading all these reviews are literally about her.

The manager or the white lady at the desk has terrible customer service and wouldn’t assist us this is the worst uhaul in the valley please fire the white lady she is a piece of work

The worst customer service on the planet!!! Heather, I believe the manager, is awful, mean and angry. I use to rent from this location twice a month. The staff use to be friendly until this wretch of a lady took charge. I reserved a trailer two weeks ago on line, went to pick it up and they didn’t have a trailer for me even though there were 6 on the lot. I will never, ever do business with UHaul again. I will pay extra to avoid UHaul. If a company can not only hire a lady like this, but promote her to manager, I will take my business elsewhere. I recommend everybody avoid this location and UHaul as much as possible.

I worked for Heather the GM for 2 months. She definitely has an anger problem and will sporadically yell at unsuspecting customers. She will tell her employees to tell customers she is busy when we get phone calls directly for her even when she isn’t doing anything. She does not treat her employees with grace and she picks favorites. If you are considering working here I would not go with it. Worst management experience I have ever had… and upper management and HR won’t do anything to fix it besides “talking to her”.

The new manager Heather Horton is shockingly rude and inconsiderate. All I did was ask to see a storage unit and she started yelling at me. She said I am not allowed to see the unit before I rent it. I just wanted see if the unit was clean and in a good easy to reach spot. I rented here before when there was a different manager and was very happy. Everything was OK under the old manager. I am so surprised.

Conflicting, and straight up bad information from multiple workers, leading to multiple returns and waste of time. Absolutely horrible customer service. The Employees seem to hate that they are there. :/

Don't bother trying to get propane. Last 3 times I've been in, ended up waiting 20-30 minutes after being told they'll be right out. Never did get any service either time.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul until they get their app and website working correctly. I went in to pickup my truck after hours using the mobile app, and the app just went into a loop from back to another link. I couldn't pick up the truck and customer service wait time always 40-50 minutes! That was after waiting 25 minutes on hold and being cut off by a "technical difficulty" with the phone system. Uhaul really needs a new IT team. The cutromer service at the location is absolutely the worst. The lady at the counter was very unapologetic and could care less about the issue I had.
