I had rented a U-Haul in Texas to be a one way back to Utah. The representative in Texas made a mistake and changed it as an in town rental. We took the U-Haul to Clearfield to get some assistance on what to do as the truck needed to be returned to Texas. Nicki (I apologize I am not sure how they spell their name) helped us. Nicki was professional, kind, efficient and helped us resolve the issue even though it was not this locations error. I appreciate the help so much after being on the phone with multiple representatives getting the run around. Nicki did not pass the buck to another representative or told us to come back later but helped us resolve our questions and issues from start to finish. I appreciate the professionalism and understanding to help resolve. If I ever need to rent again it will be at this location. Thank you!!

I was planning a move across country and scheduled equipment weeks in advance at this location and was told the day before I was supposed to pick it up that I would have to travel to North Logan to get it. That's over an hour away and I did not have time to go get it. Needless to say, I got screwed by U-Haul. Do not waste your time with this place!

if i could give this place a zero rating i would, the manager heather horton is horrible to communicate with in all forms. she’s rude to every customer that walks in. i told them i didn’t want the charge of $15 for the insurance on the truck and she told me “ come in and talk to me when you return the truck and i’ll take it off our system shut down and there’s nothing i can do about it” i got the u-haul truck but didn’t even end up using it and i talked to another employee and he said that’s okay we just charged you for the miles and the total was just $6 and some change , he told me they won’t take the $49 out because well i didn’t even use the truck, so we’ll just charge you for the miles. they took $50.00 from my account, STOLE MY MONEY!! i tried calling to talk to the manger and one of the employees said she’s not available i said okay, so i go in and the manger sees me and instantly rushes out and disappears. she was standing around drinking a drink while i entered the building , but when i needed to speak to her she all of a sudden has stuff to do? this place is a giant joke. they steal peoples money and are very very disrespectful. i would like to talk to the higher up of this place and get this lady fired.

I ordered something online in stock and it wasn’t there the day I came
In to pick it up. It made our move delayed by two hours and they don’t even deliver and didn’t seem to care. Beware ordering and reserving online if it’s other than a U-Haul. It probably won’t be in stock for you the day you come in

JC was extremely helpful in finding me everything I needed for an abrupt move during a difficult period. Very patient and knowledgeable of everything I needed and was more than enthusiastic to answer any questions I had. 10/10

Heather the manager has got to me the rudest most condescending person I've ever met.Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with any person. Ridiculously rude. If you look at all the comments. You'll know. I don't understand how they haven't fired her yet.

Going online to make my reservation, and picking up my reserved vehicle. The agent at the uhaul center, was very professional. She, and her team, had my requested vehicle ready. She explained what I needed to do for returning the vehicle. When I returned it, I was informed that I was getting a credit. Because I returned the vehicle an hour early. The store in Clearfield UT was very clean. And stocked with moving essentials, if a person needs them.

I walked into U-Haul to purchase and item and Heather was screaming at her employees . She is very unprofessionally and needs to be fired. That lady made me leave and go else where because of how she manages this area in sunset. She was speaking like she was belligerent.

Scam Alert! No idea how this place is still in business. I paid for my storage unit online and enrolled in auto pay. Payment went through and I receieved my code and went to my unit. 5 days later they charge me a delinquent fee saying I haven't paid. Call them and he has no idea about it but will look into it and get back to me in a few days. Going to pack my stuff up and move out in less than a week this is a shady business who is going to sneak hidden fees in and lie.

Avoid this U-haul location, I wish I would have read the reviews before I used it. Every time I walk in the office they are arguing with someone like children, it is a pretty hostile environment. I have seen the manager who is extremely rude, just get up and hide in her office because a customer had a legitimate complaint about his reservation. She just went in and ignored him until he left. I had my stuff in storage units and they accidentally went to put someone else in my unit. They cut my lock and then called me and said that they thought I had moved out and the unit was supposed to be empty. Turns out they moved me out by mistake. That’s not a big deal, but when I went to get my stuff they would not open the unit for me. They said it was going to take 4 hours just to open the lock they put on the unit! So now my stuff is stuck in there and the manager just ignores me. I have stuff to do today and they will not let me get in my unit that is now locked because of their mistake!

Pulled up just before 5 on a Sunday (closing time) and Maggie and Siobhan were great helping me out and had no issue refilling 4 propane tanks for me. Thank you!
