“Not a big dealership, so you are limited on options, but great customer service, and willing to work with and help the customer. Unlike most car dealerships you will visit, you instantly know this dealership isn't just looking at you as dollar signs. I had a great experience, and walked away feeling myself and the dealership both got a good deal.”

“This was my first time buying a car and it was a wonderful experience!! The brakes that are in the car are wearing a bit thin so Mario set me up with an IOU and I’ll be getting them replaced next week free of charge. He added it right into the contract, and I didn’t even have to ask. On top of that, Mario was able to help cut down the price which was a huge help. Very friendly and helpful guy ready to answer any questions you may have, he isn’t in your face about buying and lets you decide at your own pace which I appreciated as a young, first time buyer. Something to note, they can’t finance you unless you’re making at-least 1600 a month, so plan on paying in full or financing with your bank if that apply to you. There is also a Les Schwab about a 5 minute drive away and is a great place to get to your tires evaluated and to get a “Pre-Trip” test done for extra reassurance before you buy. Mario was very encouraging about getting my own evaluations of the car done, which made me feel much more comfortable buying. Overall, I would/will definitely buy another a car with them. PS I got a 2021, Nissan Versa SV”

“We bought a car from Lance around Memorial Day and although he is no longer there, he was excellent to work with. The car we bought needed some repairs before purchasing, and they took care of everything. About a month with the car, it had some battery / alternator issues, and they honored the included 3 month warranty and got us a new battery and alternator. Sean was awesome at taking care of us and got our parts in a timely manner. I recommend asking for Sean if you’re in the market for a new ride, he’s the man!”

“I had to replace my driver side door on my 2024 Toyota. I went to 3 different shops for an estimate. I knew the moment that I walked into Mountain View that it was different than the other 2. I was met immediately with respect and care. Steve and David both spent time with me and my car ensuring me that they would pay attention to the details (like blending my complicated paint), if I trusted my car with them. Not only were they the least expensive estimate, but they were honest and very detail oriented. I picked up my car today and it looks brand new! I'm thrilled and will gladly refer them.”

“As a small dealer myself. I am interested in a few of their trucks to buy one for myself. Neither time I went in did I feel any pressure or nagging to buy. Their prices are good! I am impressed. As with all used cars, have someone you trust check them out before you buy unless you know how to check yourself. They even remembered my name from the last visit, highly impressed 👍”

“My car had a loud noise coming from the front right side, and I didn't know where to take it. I went to AutoZone to have it checked. They tested the battery and everything else, and everything came back green. While I was there, Duane was there and asked me what was wrong with my car, so I told him about the noise. He told me that if I had time, I could follow him to his shop, and he could take a look at it. I followed him to his shop, and he told me it was the water pump. He explained in detail what needed to be done, though I didn’t understand much. Three days later, I took my car to him, and it was fixed perfectly. The price was half of what other places were charging. I highly recommend him! On top of that he’s a man of faith, which speaks even more about his character.”

“**Update** Parker from service team reached out. Made things right and I feel more confident in his team. Car seems to be fixed now. Love my vehicle but jury is still out on reliability. I've been very frustrated and dissapointed the past 5 months. Spent a fortune on a new vehicle and take very good care of it. Have bought several cars here. Current vehicle has had to have the transmission replaced within a year. Has had intermittent infotainment issues that still isnt fixed and no idea why. Brought in one time for an oil change with the infotainment screen glitching at the time. Asked if they could look at it. Was told they noticed that but they only had one tech in at the time so they couldn't look at it. Have sent video and screen shots to both Hyundai and the service center of what it's doing. Told by both they don't know what's wrong. Brought in for a recall and they broke my rear gate button and lied and said they found another part that needed to be fixed. Rather than being honest about it. Just replaced my wiper blades two days before bringing it in for recall and I'm told I need new wiper blades. Also picked up my car with dirty hand prints all over the dash where they apparently were working. Love my car, but having to bring in a brand new vehicle to the shop regularly for big issues, and issues they apparently can't fix has me questioning both Hyundai and Young Hyundai.”

“Purchased a vehicle from Dave H. in December of 2024. I live out of state and the entire process was made seamless by Dave and his team. Given the calendar timeframe, a good portion of this sale fell over the holidays, but despite the schedule, he ensured all questions were answered in a timely manner and followed up as documents were being transferred. Love the vehicle, loved the service. Thanks Dave!”
