“We got right in, the staff and provider were very caring and did a fantastic job with our 17 yr old kitty. The only thing we did not like is they had to take her into another room to do her care. We are used to it being done in the same room as the visit, at our original vet. Because they were so good, it was not as big of deal, but would have liked to have at least been able to see our pet and the care she obtained. Thank you, MedVet!”

“Five stars is not enough for this veterinarian.
I came in extremely hesitant after a heartbreaking experience at another clinic. I had already paid a $150 emergency comprehensive exam fee elsewhere, only to be told that my dog would receive absolutely no treatment or medication unless I agreed to hundreds — potentially thousands — of dollars in additional testing. We left that appointment in tears, with my dog still in pain and no help provided.
When this doctor was recommended to me, I was honestly nervous to try again. The moment you walk through the door here, though, the entire atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. He personally answers his phone, offers guidance freely, and truly listens.
When he examined my dog, he performed a thorough and thoughtful physical exam, provided incredibly helpful advice, and treated both of us with genuine compassion and kindness. He made what had been a stressful and emotional situation feel manageable and hopeful again. By the end of the visit, I felt so comfortable I almost started asking him for medical advice for myself.
If you want a veterinarian who clearly prioritizes the well-being of animals and the peace of mind of their owners, I cannot recommend this clinic enough.”

“The techs and staff were so kind and empathetic when I had to bring in my dog, Mia, to be euthanized. Their room was prepared with 'Goodbye kisses' for Mia and face wipes for me since I was a crying, babbling baby during this process. They were patient, allowing me the time and space I needed to say 'till later', to my baby.
Later, I received flowers and a card from their whole team sharing their deepest condolences. They helped make an extremely painful event more tolerable.”

“The receptionist Shelby, was very kind and helpful. Izzi also helped me and was great. The technician Jody answered our questions and seemed very knowledgeable. Dr. Norman administered vaccinations to my dogs, they didn’t even seem to notice the injections. Dr. Norman gave us several treatment options, and tried to help us do things in the most cost effective way. All around good experience.”

“Came in with an outdoor/feral cat who had an abscess. The vet, Dr. Powell, was super patient and communicative and the procedure went well. The technician and receptionist were both kind as well. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Update: I’ve since brought in my three indoor cats multiple times, for a variety of visits including dental surgery, blood work, wellness exams, annual shots, and nail trims. They send text reminders for appointments and they answer calls quickly and appointments usually run on time. The waiting area can get loud and full so I recommend bringing a carrier cover if your pet gets stressed. All of the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and communicative. I used to take my cats to Bayview, and the level of care at LVH is far above what I experienced there. I especially appreciate that they provide detailed estimates for procedures, including both low-end and high-end ranges, which makes planning easier. I also highly recommend the Thrive Plus membership and CareCredit if needed!”

He very much impressed me the other day by pulling out a textbook and running through it with me during his diagnostic process for my cat, because he was unsure and wanted to be certain of what he was saying and cares enough to do the job right. We have been happy to retain his services for our cat. Very reasonably priced as well. Overall amazing veteranarian and great services”

“Dr Decker is the best vet we've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's been our primary vet for 12 years. Even when we moved half an hour away from NOAH, we still make the journey because she truly cares about our pets.

Our pets have had tons of health problems over the years but Dr Decker always tackles them with positivity. I'm sure she's had bad days but she's never shown it with us. She's very thorough with her exams and has found health concerns we've been unaware of. She's transparent with what's going on and suggests all options to find something that works for all involved. She's always happy to take questions and think out of the box. She has a wealth of experience to call on and if she's not sure, she will research the issue to ensure we're treating the issue correctly. She asks about our other pets, even if they're not there at the time. She remembers their names and their medical history. She takes into account our pets full medical history when investigating any health concerns. She has gone above and beyond to support us by reaching out to and coordinating care with our dog's oncologist. We had to put a pet down several years ago and even though she wasn't there at the time, she gave us her condolenses as she had worked with us extensively to support that pet's health. She truly understands how much our pets mean to us and how much we love them. I trust her completely to do everything she can to ensure they live a long and healthy life. I should have written this review sooner - I could write pages and pages about how wonderful she is!

The office is always clean and the staff are always friendly, even when they're super busy and stressed. They are always good about reaching out to follow up on things and never let things slip. I love that I can text them questions and get help on my schedule. My only complaint with the office is their new flooring. They previously had tile which my elderly dog could get grip on and walk on fine. Their new hardwood floor is very slippery for her but they are accomodating when I ask for a mat in the exam room and they use a sling to help her walk on the hardwood floor.”

“We've taken our kitties and doggies here for several years. Dr Jenson is so compassionate and experienced in all aspects from kittens, puppies to seniors animals. She's friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable about all kinds of medical issues. When the time comes to send your pet over the rainbow bridge, the entire hospital staff comforts you during the difficult time you're going through. They light a candle while you spend time with your pet. They even make a free, special paw print made out of clay. Amber, Samantha and Hillary at the front desk are so amazing. They develop a bond with patrons and they even remember your dogs names and personalities. Brindy is our vet tech. She is so sweet and kind. She goes above and beyond to make sure you and your fur babies really matter to her. All the veterinarians are excellent but Dr Jenson has a special place in our hearts ?”

“We needed emergency care for an accident that happened on a Saturday afternoon. They were open and got us I. Right away. The care was superb and we were happy to have our dogs wounds tended to with great care and expertise. Great job team. They really seemed to care.”

“My boy, Jupiter, has an adorable overbite. I took him to the vet because he kept licking his back right foot. I put a cone on him a little before my appointment. It got a lot better, but I was still really worried about it because he licked it so much that his fingernail was showing more. When I took him in they told me he was okay. Which was a huge relief. They cut his fingernails for me. This dog is hard to cut his fingernails! They did an amazing job! They made me feel so much better about everything. The lady holding him did a spectacular job. The lady cutting his nails did was beyond amazing. I find it funny that it took four people to do this job for one dog. ?? Thank you Animal Hospital for all your hard work!”

“Dr. Talbot has taken care of my various fur kids for about two decades- he is knowledgeable and has true empathy for his animal patients. He has an incredible medical understanding for the best remedy for an illness or injury, coupled with understanding animals as they age. He was so gentle and thorough with his assessment of my fragile geriatric dog, and was very patient with me as a concerned, but nervous dog mom. I think he is a compassionate & skilled medical provider. I highly recommend Dr. Talbot.”

“The service was fantastic I loved the vet. I would have given all of them a five-star, the reason I only gave a four star is because of the price. The price went up greatly from last year and they no longer offered a package at a discount for all of the shots.”

“We have taken many pets to brookside, and have always had a good experience. We had a rescue that can't be in a crate or she freaks out, so when she was spayed brookside let me sit with her until she was sedated and they were ready to take her to surgery, it was very kind and kept her from being stressed out, they are quite expensive though, ihad to get my dog in for a scar on his head that was swelling and had started bleeding, so I really didn't think it was something that could wait , so they got me in on an "emergency " visit, $81 dollars extra for that,, but when I got there 1 person was the and just leaving not one other person was waiting and not one person came in the entire time I was there, so... I don't think they had to squeeze us in, so just to look at his head and give him antibiotics $160 (higher prices is why only 4 stars), so they are more expensive than some, but they are very good, Dr Henderson did surgery on my baby's head and he's doing really good and everyone was very nice and very sweet with my pup, and the stitches she put in were perfect, not one came undone, and he played super ruff like he always does , she did a great job on him.”
