“They were very informative on the phone when we first called and after we arrived they were quick and very knowledgeable about what was happening with our dog, Dahlia. It was reassuring and we were confident in their ability to treat dahlia. We will definitely go there again if we have another urgent situation! They were great!”

“I can't say enough good things about the staff and doctors. I would never consider taking my pets anywhere else. Dr. Summers has the most compassionate heart and I know that she will do everything she can to provide the best care to my pets; I have absolute faith in her and all of the staff. Every single staff member is kind and caring. They tend to have appointments booked out kind of far but it is always worth the wait and with the shortage in vets and vet techs it's no surprise that such high quality care would be extremely sought after.”

“Such a great place, that I drive 40 minutes just to see him. Won't take my boys anywhere else!Review edit: wow. Been going here for 7 years and not once have I had one bad experience. Thank you for taking care of our fur babies for so long!”

“Dr. David Linsley, the veterinarian at Ben Lomond Animal Clinic, is professional, knowledgeable, current on latest research (ie. vaccines- even shared a copy of the studies showing what canine vaccine frequency should really be), practical, and straightforward. This clinic has served our pets for 23 + years! We also benefitted from the service of his father before him:-))No receptionist or appointments (except for surgeries-call for appt.), you are seen 'next'. We bring treats or puzzles to keep our big beasts occupied. If you want top notch, affordable care, Dr. David Linsley will make sure to take care of your pet's needs.”

“Dr Hyde is amazing. He is kind and very knowledgeable. The girls out front are less than friendly and do not go out of their way. They could all be a bit kinder to people who bring in a sick pet.”

“How do you put into words a life time of amazing, skilled, perfect care from any clinic? Dr Richard White, the founder of White Animal Hospital was our vet in 1960. Years of the most excellent, kind, skilled, caring, welcoming, and critical care for our beloved animals and arms of love wrapped around us. Dr Clayne White has taken this practice to a whole new level of the best of the best veterinary clinic in Utah. When our hearts were shattered and broken over a fur baby family member, we were embraced by pure love and concern. When we had to say goodbye and watch our angel babies leave this life under Dr Clayne's sincere empathy and love, we felt the pure love of our Lord in his hands. It's been 64 years of a beautiful, trust filled, wonderful relationship with the Whites; with Days of joy and laughter of sharing life's experiences with new fur family members to days of heartbreak, despair, tears, unbelievable sorrow , sickness and death. They have been beside us. Uplifting us. Being one of our dearest cherished friends. Thank you isn't enough to covey how much we love Dr. White's years of devoted service and friendship to us and our fur family. As always, RaNae and Ken and our human daughters and fur family. ❤️”

“Dr. Laura is one of the best around. Knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. We've been bringing our critters to her for years. When our Aussie was diagnosed with epilepsy, then diabetes, ultimately when we had to put him down she was with us every step of the way, helping us make the best choices for his well being. As critters come and go, we couldn't ask for a better person and facility to care for them.”

“I inherited a dog that I need to learn a lot about, and thanks to Dr. Henderson I now know more about caring for cocker spaniels. She took the time to notice things and explain so that I could consider options for his care and didn’t judge me for ignorance (like, the fact that his paws are discolored is a sign of licking.. likely due to allergies, that his ear problems could be related to allergies, etc). Thank you so much for your time and patience!”

“We had a puncture wound emergency and Wasatch Hollow took care of her during the multiple operations it took to get the wound to close and heal. I’m grateful for their kindness and help in healing Asha.”

“The vet has done a good job taking care of my 21-year-old cat. I thought I’d have to put him down more recently but I was told Mr. Cat has more miles left in him.I also checked him in for a week while I went on vacay. I asked them for a few extra services while I was out. The supervisor was honest and helpful with all my questions and concerns. My cat has lived this long with the good doc’s advice. I plan on bringing more pets here in the future.”

“This vet is very compassionate and allowed me some alone time with my pit bull that needed to be put to sleep due to losing the use of his back legs. They also gave me full details about what to expect throughout the process. I was able to get his remains in a beautiful cedar box and some momentos to keep him alive in my life. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a compassionate, understanding, full service vet.”

“Actually been really happy with this place. All things considering many places were not accepting new patients, and my dog was in dire need of a visit to the vet, they had me covered and got my dog in within a week. Solid the staff is super nice and you can tell they really care about and understand the animals they see.”

“Definitely the best veterinary hospital I’ve taken my fur babies to. Dr Quigley and his vet tech Christine were absolutely amazing. They listened to my concerns because we’ve previously had bad experiences at other vet clinics. They were very knowledgeable, informative and took amazing care of my dog. The staff and Dr Quigley were so compassionate and you can tell he truly cares about your pet, just as if it was his own. Thank you for all that you guys do!”

“My dog came to mountain west with multiple bite wounds from a dog attack. They took such great care of her and were very thorough with recovery instructions and in helping me understand what was going on with the wounds. She had to go back many times and it usually took 1-4 hours for her to be seen and taken care of. I felt comfortable leaving her there and trusting the team at mountain west. This is the second time my dog has had to go to an emergency vet, but first time at mountain west. I feel like they were more affordable and thorough than my experience at the Salt Lake emergency vet.”

“Dr. Palmer and the staff here are phenomenal....I really can't say enough nice things! They always have my pets best interest at heart, and that's why they recommend or require blood work before procedures, even dental cleaning. They recently cleaned by Goldens teeth and Tuckers smile had never been so bright! I have 3 dogs, and I won't take them anywhere else. When end of life services are needed for my elderly dog, I'm so assured to know that Dr Palmer will come to my home and help him over the bridge. Amazing people.”

“If you care about your pets you WILL only take them here!!!Dr Ellis and Sherry are the most genuine people you will ever meet!!They truly care about our pet children and have always made sure we’re all taken care of. They saved our cats life and she stayed in their care for almost a week. All while I received frequent text messages through the day and the night with updates on my girl. She had blood transfusions and had to undergo another surgery to repair internal bleeding from the previous surgery performed by a different agency. Our most recent experience was with our senior dog. Dr ellis did all she could to ensure our dog had the best chance at having a good quality of life and followed us and checked up on us for about three months. Sherry and Dr Ellis allowed us to bring two of our kids with us, gave us Oreos to feed our girl… allowed us plenty of time to spend with her. When the time came for us to say our final goodbyes Dr Ellis and Sherry were so gentle with our girl. Dr Ellis and Sherry genuinely understand and are always supportive and caring! My family and I can not thank them enough for all they have done for us. I will certainly continue taking our animals to them!!We are forever grateful for you Dr Ellis and Sherry and all of the amazing staff at Millcreek Animal Hospital! Thank you soooo much again!!”

“Great service. Dr Panter was kind and very understanding. We've been going to the Animal Care Hospital for over 20 years. My family and several friends also take there furry pets to this group of Veterinarians.”

“I have never had a single bad or even just "okay" experience with them; whether over the phone or in-person, it's always been great and I 100% trust them with my pets. Staff is always kind and professional. They all seem to be happy and compassionate employees. I never really wait once I'm checked in. I was shopping for a place to neuter my dog and felt nervous due to certain risks associated to any surgical procedures, and Animal Care West was the only place I truly felt confident and at peace, and I called MANY vets and had done quite a bit of research before deciding to go with them. Love their team and they seem to have a great culture. Highly recommend.”

“We just had our puppy fixed here. They were fantastic. They have very knowledgeable staff, and they have great pricing. We had a happy pup who was up and running 3 days later. We kept trying to tell her she just had surgery, but she didn't believe us. Plus, the tree out front looks cool!”

“Dr. Talbot has taken care of my various fur kids for about two decades- he is knowledgeable and has true empathy for his animal patients. He has an incredible medical understanding for the best remedy for an illness or injury, coupled with understanding animals as they age. He was so gentle and thorough with his assessment of my fragile geriatric dog, and was very patient with me as a concerned, but nervous dog mom. I think he is a compassionate & skilled medical provider. I highly recommend Dr. Talbot.”

“Years ago my beloved horse became sick with something now called “pigeon fever”. He had a severe case that went on for 2 yrs. Scott tried everything he could think of and was constantly having to remove abcesses the size of baseballs, full of pus from Blitz’s chest. He tried every antibiotic and procedure only to have it come back after the treatment. Scott NEVER gave up. Eventually he called California where they were having many cases. (Blitz was only the 2nd in Utah). He gave him a course of Rafampin (a drug used on human TB patients) that would penetrate the abscess walls so that the heavy antibiotics could get in and do their job. The cost of a horse dose for that long was $2,000. Scott got it for $800.00. Scott never gave up-even when I almost did. I’ve had many horses in my life, but Blitz was that one-the one I connected with in every way. We had A bond that was unbelievable. I didn’t use the reins-we just read each other. I had 23 beautiful yrs with him thanks to Scott Taylor’s dedication to finding a way. His kindness, brilliance, and care are phenomenal. Best vet ever and a great human being. I will never forget his determination to fix my beautiful black beauty for me.”

“The staff was very friendly and efficient. The Dr. put my fears at ease and explained my dogs needs to me in terms I could understand. He was concerned about my dogs comfort and health and did not try to rush me into any decisions I could not afford.”
