“Most honest person I’ve ever met in my life. My car broke while being on the roadtrip. This guy came an angel helped me diagnosed the issue but part was gonna take a while to arrive. I had to rent the car. But really appreciate the help and he did not even charge me after an hour of work!!”
“Such a great place! They are honest, friendly and very helpful. Did a big project to get my car fixed and did it in a timely manner, even though it is a huge job to tackle. Not to mention, the cheapest auto shop I have found in town! They have a warrenty on their work, and do it right the first time. Would recommend to anyone needing service done. Thank you!”

“Fair and honest. I’ve had more than one experience where they could have charged me more, but were up front and saved me hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately, most shops today don’t do what’s best for the customer, but the guys at Paul’s do. I never worry that they are trying to upsell me or take advantage of me.”
“I’ve been going to David the owner for years I just got a 2015 BMW took it to other places all wanted 2800 had to replace 1coolant line but did both just because it’s a difficult job had to pull off my turbo charger ! Did it in 2 days had to order part ! So far so good ! Great guy just under 1500 ! Taking my daughters Audi to him next week for ac compressor !”
“Very helpful after Layton location once again let everyone down. (Including the employees here) all the work from Layton is getting dumped here causing influx and wait times to go up. The younger guy at the desk was really nice and did his best to help me out and get my winter tires on. I feel bad that they’re catching all these upset customers from Layton. They should get more compensation. Hell, take it from Laytons budget. All they do is avoid doing their jobs there. Seriously, whatever Walmart employee is looking at this should look up the Layton store to see how bad that auto center actually is. I guarantee they haven’t made budget for at least a year and it isn’t do the “compressor being out” look deeper.”
“Came in today to get both of my vehicles oil changed. My husband is deployed and he normally changes it himself because we have heard horror stories of places not actually changing it but charging. Anyway I had a Fantastuc experience at the Syracuse location. They got me right in were super quick. topped off my empty coolant for free and showed me how dirty my filters were. They offered to change them but were not pressuring in any way. I was really impressed with my tech Jacob Amos who was helping me today. He was very kind thorough and made me feel at ease. Thanks for making what i thought would be a stressful experience so much better!”
