“For incoming receiving trucks, this is the best sams club I think nationwide. Kevin Johnson is probably the most helpful, kindest receiving clerk that I’ve ever met. I will continue to bring things to all Sam’s Club, but this one is just great. There is plenty of back up space and they have QR code check in hot coffee and waters thank you for being such a great place to work with and making my job easy.”

“Sams club app is the best app around. Costco is already being the game. Sam's doesn't need their customers to enter the building. They can ordervand pick up curbside, like covid times. I heard they are starting pizza delivery. Costco will never do this with pizza. Costco makes you wait in line to check out. Sam's app does not have a line to wait in, even at the exit, you just keep walking no stopping required.”
“Nice station. You must have a Sam's Club membership to use it. Prices are generally less expensive than other stations. The only have Regular and Premium gas. Extra services are available only in the main Club store.”
“I only do pick up because I live out of town and its quicker to do. The staff members are always nice and the wait is less than 10 minutes every time I have gone.”

“I have a card for Sam's and Costco and I like them both but I have always preferred Costco. The store is always well stocked and has everything I needed. I always find Costco clean and in good order. The checkout process can often be a little slower than going to a regular grocery store, but it is worth the wait. I love that they offer more than just groceries. I always feel like I am having an experience in there. It is a fun place to shop and there is really nothing I don't like about Costco.”

“They are helpful and friendly. They have what I need and the pharmacy has access to the vaccinations I needed. The store brands are competitive as are their sales. I didn't know that if you go through the self checkout they have to count your items to match your receipt when you leave. So don't do a big shopping spree and do self checkout. Also I am missing the scanners at self check like they have in some of their other stores.”

“Their computer system can have glitches, but the staffs are always helpful and kind! If you call and talk to staff, you'll get more accurate info. The Rx costs are the best around. I don't know any pharmacy that doesn't have any issues from time to time. I'm sorry but if customers had more patience and communicated better, I feel many issues could be avoided. I don't understand this inconsiderate and demanding behavior from people....”
