Absolutely horrible service. Whoever runs this store needs to pick it up. Got here 3 hours before closing and the store has all the light on. Says it’s open! But little to our awareness looks like they close 3 hours before the actual posted closing date.

Thank you Felix!!! A five star employee. I came in needing tech help for my phone. I needed it unlocked. He knew exactly what to do and got it taken care of even though it was kinda busy in the store.Thanks again Felix!

They sold us a broken phone and when we took it back they told us to take it up with Apple. They also gave us a “free” pair of AirPods. They told us they were free. Well, when we finally looked at the bill, looks like we have to pay $6/mo for 12 months for them. Dishonest, sketchy business practices. Buyer beware.

I have been a customer of AT&T for 25 years. I had to recently switch carriers because of relocation to another country. I went in to AT&T and saw Felix. He took time to help me with unlocking my phone and stayed on with customer service for many minutes. He was SO helping and personable. Made my day!

If you’re like me and dread going to the Apple Store to buy your iPhone but need the expert support that comes from the Genius Bar, this location is for you! Not only do get all that here but also the knowledge regarding AT&T related info as well. Best part, without the crazy wait!Most importantly I have to call out Brett by name. He has helped me multiple times and I cannot sing his praises enough! He helped educate me on which iPhone model would be ideal for my needs which sounds easy & of course I looked it all up prior to going in but he still was able to provide additional insight on some things I hadn’t picked up on. I had my new phone shipped to my home since it was out of stock. I brought my old phone back in to take advantage of the incredible swap program that AT&T offered that blew Apples out of the water, he also helped me tweak some things to my plan that saved me some $ while also taking advantage of better benefits. I can honestly say that as long as he works there, I will never buy an iPhone from the Apple Store again. Someone give this guy a raise and a promotion. He not only converted me from purchasing my devises from Apple direct but also restored some much needed faith in AT&T.BRETT, if you see this THANK YOU!!! More importantly, AT&T leadership, take note. As the kids say these days, protect him at all costs. Really, just give this guy everything to keep him. In a time with low work ethics and morale, he is the breath of fresh air we all need. 10/10!!!

Worst service maybe ever. 4 customers in store 2 employees. One in back the entire time not helping. No resolution to anyones issues. I finally couldn’t take anymore and just walked out.

The individuals at this store, make them my go to store. They have the knowledge and understanding that is necessary to answer all my questions, and provide me information that I am not aware of. I've been going to the score for three years now and I would recommend anybody that's having an issue that has a concern or is that he's looking for something . to personally going to the store and talk to its employees. this is one of the best locations that I've encountered in my 20 years as a customer and encourage anyone to challenge me with the level of satisfaction and I receive

Honestly made my experience a great one! All 3 of the workers (young men) were incredibly helpful. They not only got me in and out in a timely manor but also managed to get my bill lowered while also upgrading my service. New phone and new plan for a lower price!

These gentle men were awesome they went above and beyond my expectations.. the store was hard to find I work in the same parking lot and had no idea that it was there I had a problem with my phone for 2 weeks before I had it fixed cause I didn't want to go out of my way with a baby I don't have extra time drive out of my route and go into a store that could possibly be busy or not .. need better signage.. you have an amazing staff use them!
