I came to get cash out from my bank and they only have 1 person who can help she took for ever but the other 2 people there could not help me and decided to sit down and talk in Spanish like if I wasn’t a customer little did they know I could understand everything they continued to gossip in Spanish nice way to work at a bank. Will be closing my account with them soon !!! Not even the manager could help me she decided to sit back down after I asked for help from the manager!!!

Unless you need to open a new account or discuss investments this bank has no human-interaction customer service. Don’t expect a teller to be able to assist you as there are none. If you need an ATM that’s about all you can do

Waited for 30 minutes for a staff member to refuse to deposit a check that was made out to Bank of America stating some ridiculous incoherent reasons. Incompetent Manager involved herself and backed up her staff. Went to another BoA branch the next day and was in and out in less than 3 minutes no problems.

They say they have other customers before me but there is no one here!I get online is a thing now but face to face customers should be priority or appoint one to be there. Not like your usual banks where there is someone there to assist. This is why I'm closing my account today. Thanks for nothing Bank of Amerikurr

I had a problem when buying goods on the Internet, this store wanted to withdraw more money from me than it should be, and also changed the final content of the basket .... I came to this department to ask for help in blocking transactions in this online store. I was met at the entrance by the Brenda Lemus administrator, I told her that I needed help and that I did not speak English, because I came from Ukraine ... She said that she would not help me to call the bank hotline. But I immediately asked her to help me get through there and that I could not speak to the operator in English. She said that I could ask the translator there (at that moment she was already annoyed). I asked her again to help me get into the section where I can ask the translator. She irritatedly told me what figures should be pressed, but these actions did not lead to success. She pointed me toward the sofas to go there to do this and start a dialogue with the other person (just entering the building). I asked her again to help, but she was already more annoyed. At that moment, another employee came out who took an interest in the situation, I tried to explain to her and she helped me still get through to the hotline with the presence of an interpreter. Thank you so much! Before talking with the operator, I asked for the name and surname of an unfriendly employee (Brenda Lemus) and said that I would write a review about her work. What did she react to the refusal and hid her sign with the name and surname!? Several times I asked her to provide her name and surname, as the person working here with whom I talked, but she continued to respond negatively! I hardly recognized her name and surname from another employee. As a result, I do not advise contacting this employee: Brenda Lemus! It is extremely not aimed at helping you, it works there only for a salary ... The rest of the employees behaved very dignified and friendly.

I get off work at 4:30 and any time I come in, I'm easily here by 4:40 and the lobby is closed. Mon-thurs closing time is 5pm but they're just gone.

They never do anything right. Horrible service and if they do something on the branch office, you can’t do anything over the phone. You have to go back to the office.

If you’re going in for the ATM it’s open from 9am-5pm and if you have your card after hours you have to enter it into the card slot before it’ll open to protect you so no one goes in after and robs you
