Ordered food in drive thru.Was told to wait around front for food.Sat there for 15 min whilst they apparently gave my food to someone else and never told me.Had to wait another 10 for the food to be remade, while my shake melted. But so glad I got my single free cookie!

Sharon, the dining room host, took our order today and although the food is obviously great, she elevated the experience to something truly memorable. The atmosphere here is wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a big smile.

We went around 5pm and the staff at that time was impeccable. You can just feel the friendliness from all members and seeing how they all got along made our experience even better.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had two reward offers on my account. I told them I want to redeem a specific one (spicy sandwich). The second reward offer includes a spicy sandwich or grilled chicken sandwich, which i was saving so that I can use when I order a grilled chicken sandwich. I went in to order a spicy chicken sandwich and they ended up using my reward offer that was valid also in the grilled sandwich. Told them that’s not the reward I want to use but since they already redeem it, there was nothing they can do. I lost out on a grilled chicken sandwich and the manager said there’s nothing she could do (even though it was the their fault they redeem the wrong reward). Told me to contact corporate instead ? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Somehow I missed out on something because of the enployeees fault. How does that work?

i’ve had three times in a row now where my order has been messed up in the drive thru at this location. the employees at this location are the least friendly of all the ones i’ve been to. they rush you through your order, don’t make eye contact, and interrupt constantly - causing for things to be missed even if you repeat it. if you need to go through the drive thru, or prefer getting what you ordered, i’d recommend a different location.

They forgot a grilled chicken sandwich on my way to the airport. Had to spend double at the airport and pay for the sandwich.Really disappointing and my perception of chick fil a ‘s service and competence is dwindling.

Quick and friendly service. Great location.Docking a point because they are out of coffee during breakfast hours way too often. Also, Chick-fil-A needs larger coffee sizes.

This redhead was very rude to me and my friends and tried denying me food because I didn’t order before 10 even though I was in the restraunt and they took my friends order but didn’t want to take mine very un chic-fil-a. Did not say my pleasure and gave me dirty looks and rolled her eyes at me the whole time. Never coming back.

I came in a little overwhelmed with my grandkids. Your employee Sharon helped me get them seated with those plastic table protectors, stickers and everything settled by time I ordered and got to the table.I appreciated her sooo much!!!Thank You for caring!

Best tasting CFA in town.. but the inside of the restaurant is noisy.. drive thru is the way!
