This place is incredible, my appointment went smooth as could be, I didn't feel pressured or rushed, wasn't upsold for unnecessary products and Nick T couldn't have been any friendlier or better at explaining what was going on. Would highly recommend to any in need of some tire service!

I have come here many times and I will continue to come back. I have never had a bad experience here. I love that they tell you the facts about your tires. You never feel forced into anything. They explain anything you want and you don't feel stupid for asking questions. Cody is an excellent manager.
Just make an appointment, you won't wait as long. I always make an appointment and am never disappointed and never have to wait long. I expect some wait because they are thorough with their work.

I had by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop from this location recently. I brought my car in for 2 flat repairs and the first thing I got was a sales pitch about getting new tires for 2 tires I wasn’t even having work done on. Half way through trying to get my service set up the clerk turned to the customer being helped next to me and started chatting with them randomly. I just stood there in disbelief for a good minute or 2 and had to cut into their conversation asking if he had what he needed so I could leave since my ride was waiting.
I got a voicemail later saying my car was serviced but they didn’t do any repairs because they were unserviceable. I was told one wheel was leaking from a bad weld repair and the other tire from a bad patch job. I asked why they wouldn’t repair one because it was their patch job on that tire and he outright said it wasn’t done by them. I always go to discount because they’ve been my tire shop for years so I was in disbelief that he said it wasn’t done by them. I’m pretty sure this was the manager of the tire shop too because his face was framed on the wall photo and everything.
I ended up leaving and going to a competitors shop and my experience there was night and day different. I let them know what I was told and they were happy to check for themselves to see if I got the same answer, and I was gobsmacked when they showed me that I had 1 nail in each tire and that there was no leaking patches or welds on my wheels. The service tech even brought the wheels out to show me where they were in the tire. They patched both my tires up and even did it for free when they usually charge for that service. I had just gotten another set of wheels for another car I own so I bought a full set of tires from them that day and it’s now my new favorite tire shop. I’m done with discount tire.

Cody and his crew. For me ,were completely top notch. Their patience, professionalism, and sense of humor is what made my experience what it was. I rolled out with both...new tires and wheels. I went the following day to pick up my used tires and wheels. (only 4500 miles on them!) Which I will now use for winter. Cody wrapped each individual tire, so as not to get the interior of my Jeep all dirty. They all have earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

From 10:00 am to 1 pm and was no busy at all this guy's are so incompetent and on top of that want to make more money selling my daughter log nuts set for 4 tires 150.00 not happy with this guy's very disappointed I'll never go to this place in particular

After being very loyal customer I don’t know if I’ll be back. Getting conflicting information from one tech to another simply because one person isn’t in.
Extremely disappointed and don’t know why notes about conversations on vehicles they service aren’t being put in

I went for a flat repair and asked them to plug two tires, the back tire needing air twice daily. The other not losing air, I had just noticed an object in it that morning… so they wouldn’t touch the flat one because not enough tread. But they took the object out of the other one and said they wouldn’t plug it. Then basically forced me to buy a new one. So I spent $100 for a new tire and I still have a flat. Not going back.
